Villa Mattsbo - large villa in its own havsvik

Large, fully equipped villa with its own lake plot, double docks and its own beach with sun from morning to night and windows facing the sea. Wifi, TV, wood stove, sauna and a bright open plan. Three spacious bedrooms each with a toilet, two of which with shower. There is a rowing boat. In Villa Mattsbo there is a unique opportunity for fishing, swimming, mushroom and berry picking, golfing, paddling, long-distance skating, etc. A secluded and quiet location with sea and nature into the corner. Mariehamn about 30 km, golf 15 km, grocery store about 18 km.

Newly renovated house in central Mariehamn with sauna.

You will be close to everything when you stay in the house. Everything is newly renovated and in good condition. We want guests to be at least 25 years old. The house has a large lawn and a terrace where there are outdoor tables and chairs. 4 cars can be parked in the yard. Car charger(11 kilowatts, more powerful than usual) is available to use for free. Rented and fresh linens and towels(a large and a small)are included in the price. You make your own beds you want to use. In the basement there is a completely renovated shower and sauna room.

The cottage is located on/right by the sea, still only 6km from the city center. On the 2nd floor you find the bedroom, kitchen/living room and a big balcony. On the 1st floor we have a bathroom, shower and a comfortable sauna with an extraordinary sea view. During the winter the cottage is closed when it’s very cold. Please note that from Oktober to March the rowing boat and kayaks we will not be available for you to use.
