We really enjoyed our night here, it’s really comfortable and we felt welcome. The neighbourhood had everything we wanted too, the restaurant nearby was excellent.

Our stay at Agathe's went really well. Everything was great! 3 beautiful bedrooms, clean with bed linen included. The 3rd bedroom was on the top floor and the staircase is very steep, you have to be careful. The bathroom was clean and shower towels were included as well. Regarding the kitchen, there is a dishwasher (no tablet on site), different appliances (raclette, fondue, blender), great idea! The living room was super comfortable: pellet stove, plaids, TV with all channels! Really everything was great, I recommend 1000x this place for a stay by the sea 🤩

Second experience at Betty's and still as good. Nothing to say, clean and quiet accommodation, close to the beach and shops. I recommend it.

We had a great few days a a family of 4 as a base to explore the local area and watch the Cyclocross races at Koksijde. House is well laid out and has all you need for a relaxing stay. It was freezing cold weather but the house was warm and showers were great - I always judge a place by the water pressure! The walk from the path at the end of the garden, across the dunes, along the beach and back to the local town is great. The hosts commutated well also.

Nice spacious beautiful modern furnished house. Lovely to stay in. Large enclosed garden. Good for the dog. House is close to an equestrian farm for beach rides. Dunes and beach are within walking distance. Golf course nearby. Groceries can be done at the Carrefour 7 min drive.

Wow, just wow, photos do not do this beautiful little property any justice …everything you need for a family including lots of extras for the younger children which was very nice to see. A spectacular size garden broken down into two sections with again lots of little things to do like a fire pit in one corner and a hammocks to lounge on in the other and if you thought that was it a lovely outside area with plenty of seating and tables and undercover. Inside equally as nice with plenty of space for a whole family and again family games should you wish to entertain. I honestly cannot say anything bad or negative about this lovely place and for the owners who responded to any queries we had in a timely manner and were very welcoming with some items left for us upon arrival .

We had a great weekend, the apartment is very well equipped as well as for the children. This one is close to the dunes and the beach as well as shops… The pool of the property is the cherry on the cake. And Olivier was a responsive and very pleasant host. We would recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in Carl's apartment. You can get to the sea quickly and get to the city quickly. There are many destinations for excursion destinations. The apartment is clean and lovingly furnished.

Very nice little house in a subdivision of several houses away from Nieuport (5 min drive) in the countryside. The accommodation is perfect as described, very well decorated and very cosi. Our host is very responsive and accommodating. We'll go back without a second thought. Ideal for 6, everything is designed to welcome you serenely. Only small downside but it's to find something negative after so much praise, the house is by the road and you can hear (rare) cars at night. Otherwise nothing to complain about, the price is worth the quality of the service provided. Congratulations on this listing.

We have a wonderful stay behind the back in Martine's home. Everything was super clear to welcome. The large spacious kitchen and the extra fridge made sure we had enough space to tidy everything up nicely. It really felt like a home. All the amenities for the kids are great, from games to dining chair and plates. Really great! Highly recommended! We are already looking into our agendas for a next date for staying in this cottage! An extra plus, you can go to the restaurant for breakfast, very easy the last day of our stay!

We returned to England yesterday following a 3 night stay and WOW what a fantastic stay! The hosts are unbelievably helpful and friendly, with two lovely dogs :) The owners helped my husband set up a French fishing account online which was also very kind. The accommodation was very clean, exactly as shown in pictures, beautiful well kept grounds. The pool was heated and great fun as we was able to use plenty of water toys. The location was perfect, walking distance to the Park Ardres and small town with everything you need. We look forward to coming back and staying here again!

Very cozily furnished stay next to the hosts' house. Beautiful and quiet location, ideal for a relaxing weekend or longer when you want to get away from it all. Dominique and Alain are very helpful and happy to give some info about the region and their old farm. You can ask for extra breakfast and is nicely cared for. Beautiful views from the residence of the garden, forest and pond. Base for beautiful hiking tours, also for cyclists. Day trips by car to towns in the area are possible. Great bed, slept in with the call of owl at night.

A big favorite!!! Very large, very clean, well-equipped and very well-decorated house! A little extra for the courtyard where kids can play and eat! Rooftop is nearby: beach , shop, restaurant! Ideal for a weekend but also for a longer vacation: the house is very large much more than represented in the photos! There are a few steps to get to the bathroom and stairs upstairs but not at all disturbing for our kids! Very good communication with Lucile and we thought of it. A very, very good time and we will not hesitate to rent again in summer!!!! Thank you!

It was great staying at your Airbnb. We instantly felt at home and the host was very friendly and responsive at all times. They even suggested some places to visit and arranged for barbecue pit with logs for new year's eve. We absolutely would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Staying for three with our dog, everything went great. The garden is fenced which is secure. The place is quiet and the apartment is pleasant and well-equipped, a little in love with the very pretty bathroom 🤩

We had a great stay at the house. Caroline was very eager to make our stay the best possible. Large upstairs with three bedrooms (double) and one other downstairs. there is a built after pergola adjoining the kitchen, which is a perfect place to dine both when it’s raining or when it’s too hot to eat out in the sun

Very nice well arranged apartment, tastefully decorated and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the beach is within walking distance, bars and restaurants close by. Enjoyed our weekend, we will gladly come back, nothing was missing. It's very nice to stay in a place like this.

Despite a risk of the beginning beyond her control, Isabelle was able to reassure us and find solutions. Isabelle was also flexible in terms of schedules which made it very convenient for us.
