Simons home is just as described and shown in the photos, if not even nicer, we couldn’t fault anything. Simon is friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place for a few days away and we wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Great stay, stopped with my kids who are mostly teens, they didn’t want to leave! Plenty of room for us all to spread out, very spacious! Convenient for city centre, shops, train station etc Would definitely stop again, many thanks! Host left us sweets and staples which was a lovely touch.

I love the settled vibes of a farm house. This one’s in such a beautiful valley. Our young cousin loved feeding the chickens and collecting eggs at the farm.

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-bedroom home! As a family of five, we found it to be the perfect retreat. The home was beautifully decorated, well-stocked with all the essentials, and equipped with modern appliances that made our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was incredibly peaceful and quiet, allowing us to truly relax. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and creature comforts that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was responsive, and check-in was seamless. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d love to stay again and highly recommend it!

I highly recommend staying at The Lodge! The accommodation is spotless, beautifully furnished with a modern touch, and comes with a hot tub offering stunning views, including breathtaking peaks and a nearby waterfall. It’s also just a short walk into the charming village of Marsden, which boasts fantastic pubs and restaurants. Our long weekend stay was perfect, we started with a hike in Glossop, just a 30/40 minute drive away, and then spent the rest of the time exploring Marsden’s pubs, restaurants, and surrounding villages, as well as unwinding in the hot tub. An absolutely flawless experience that I can’t recommend enough!
