Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cotignac

Basile is a very friendly and very attentive host and communicates very quickly! The house in a very quiet location with great views of the forested hills of beautiful Provence is simple but beautiful and stylishly furnished and offers everything you need. As a guitarist (or not), all the wonderful Basile guitars make you feel at home anyway! And even on cooler October days, the beautiful wood-burning stove quickly gives you enough warmth. The access of about 5 minutes from Montferrat offers some action, which we found cool, but goes well, maybe not with a lowered Ferrari :-). Montferrat also has a fine bakery and a small grocery store that offers the essentials, and there is also a restaurant. Hiking and/or biking, trips to the sea, sightseeing are easily accessible in max. 1.5 hours. Thank you Basile for everything! If possible, we will be happy to come back!

We really loved our stay. Beautiful surroundings. Very quiet, but close to the village. If you follow the directions the host gives you it’s super easy to find and the road is in good quality. The apartment was larger than we were expecting and kitchen had everything you could possible need ( and then some extra! ) BBQ and outside area was really lovely and lots of seating options. Nice beds and shower had plenty of warm water. Fast WiFi.

The accommodation is in a very quiet, peaceful place in a beautiful natural environment. There are no opposite and there is a private garden/terrace level. It is well located for visiting the coastline and hinterland. The accommodation is well equipped and well arranged. The bedding is super comfortable, at least for us:-). The cleanliness is impeccable! City Hall and Laurent are friendly, welcoming and very discreet. We would recommend this place to stay!

Very cute little house, clean and well laid out. Impeccable when we arrived. The terrace with the pool is a real plus! We spent two nights at Erick's place. Everything is as described, the accommodation is well-equipped, the outside is very pleasant even in the middle of winter. The hot tub is great. Erick is a welcoming host and very available. We recommend staying with them.

The apartment is really very nice, spacious and cozy with a great terrace to listen to the cicadas singing in the morning for breakfast! I have no other word than “perfect” to describe the stay, it's 10/10! Downtown 15min to the Sunday market, not far from a gas station, not far from a supermarket, 10min drive to the beach, 5 min to reach the highway and head to the surrounding towns... And to top it all off, I can only thank Sylvie so much for her hospitality, kindness, kindness and always positive mood ✨ 11/10: I'll be back with pleasure!

The accommodation is located in a peaceful location, and the apartment is tidy, clean and nicely decorated. We were in contact with Fabrice, who showed great sympathy and gave us valuable tips on walks and tours to do in the area. I would highly recommend staying with them. It was a lovely experience. Very pleasant stay in a accommodation according to the photos and descriptions and especially the must a large south facing terrace. Off season, everything is easy to visit and go to Marseille or Sanary . The place was suitable for 3 people with an available and welcoming host. The harbor and restaurants are a 3-minute walk away . In short, I recommend the apartment without worries.

What to say? Do you hate calm, fullness? Breakfast in the sun, with lapping water in the background , very little for you? Are you also not sensitive to a refined and warm decor? Doesn't matter a prime location? The availability and sympathy of the owners the youngest of your worries? A very nice stay in a beautiful setting. However, keep in mind many stairs and slopes. but the view is beautiful. The pool was blissful Apartment had all the amenities you would need to enjoy. Recommended!

Wiktoria was a very kind host and informed us well. The apartment was very nicely decorated, in boho style. It had everything you needed. From capsule machine to washing machine tablets, beach towels, diving goggles to a cozy lounge. The only drawback was that you had to take the car as soon as you left the facility. And unfortunately, restaurants, shop and the large pool were already closed at the end of Sept. Thank you for the nice stay!

Jean michel was a super friendly host and the apartment is in a prime location! Upon arrival we were a little later than expected. We were able to leave our suitcases and he dropped us off at a restaurant on the beach. After half an hour we were picked up again and we got a tour of the apartment. He informed us of all the activities and attractions in the neighborhood. Also, he offered to take us at a table in a crowded restaurant as he knew the owner. Upon departure, it turned out that we were delayed. Unfortunately, we could not stay longer because the apartment was already rented. He thought along with us and suggested multiple options. He ended up dropping us off at my sister's place. In short, a great host! This accommodation is definitely recommended!

We were allowed to stay with Adriana spontaneously for 4 nights. Contacted, arrived, moved in within 2 hours. Everything is uncomplicated and well found. A cute sunny apartment perfect for 2 with nice views. We slept well on the sofa bed with a width of about 140 cm. We will be happy to come back. Thank you Adriana!

We had a great time at the place. The place is very clean, very functional, everything is well thought out. The 2 terraces are a real plus, breakfast with the sunrise in the back. The pool, as well as tennis courts are nearby and accessible. We will be back!
