Very nice comfortable and pleasant house where it's good to live. We thoroughly enjoyed the great outdoors as well as the beautiful pool. Our lovely hosts leave everything we need in the house, all you need to do is enjoy the stay! We'll be happy to come back and take advantage of the pool under the sun.

A very pleasant stay spent in this very friendly villa.

We stayed at the Villa with family friends for a couple of days. The place was very cozy and suitable for families with small kids. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Conveniently located house that takes us back into the great hours of the Belle Epoque. Direct access to the beach while being in the center is a major asset. And when the sun is in the game as it was for us then we leave with stars in our eyes.

A really unique and intriguing residence. Generously proportioned. Lovely high ceilings and features. Views of the English Channel. Superb location on the promenade at lion sur mer. Swimming pool makes it. A great location for a large family or two families. If you are looking for a base for exploring the D Day beaches and Normandie, this is it. Great spot.

This house is very nice, perfect for a large gathering for families or friends with children of all ages. It is well heated, well soundproofed, the beds are very comfortable. Many leisure and sports amenities bring a lot of pleasure. However, it deserves to be spotless, which is not the case: dust, hair in the bathrooms, baseboards and nooks, unstacked chromes, smell of food upon arrival at 3:30 p.m. The house was clean, but not in terms of service and price. The cleaning team should have more time for a thorough cleaning and maintenance. We could not use the pool, the temperature of the water and the veranda in which it is located being too fair. Large bowls are missing suitable for large tables. It would also be advisable to throw away the oil bottles left by previous hosts who seem outdated.

Very nice and spacious house allowing to stay with an extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and check-out times. Samuel had delicate touches on the occasion of Christmas, which particularly touched us. Do it again during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor amenities!

Simple and well laid out house, with varied activities, a good size heated pool, where we had a great stay with the family, even in the middle of winter. A downside on the bedding in the dorm, good for small children but a little soft for adults. Charlyne was very responsive during the stay, with excellent communication and clear instructions. Very nice house to easily accommodate 18 people. Each bedroom has its own toilet and bathroom area which is quite rare! The rooms are welcoming and thoughtful. Special mention for children's games, they were delighted. Aurelien was very responsive to the preparation of the stay and especially during the course of questions. We recommend it!

Beautiful accommodation, services far beyond what we usually find. Great value for money. We came at 7 and we had all the space to live in this house. The pool is a big plus, but the size of the living room was very perfect. Hosts Ophélie and Bruno are infinitely kind. They greeted us quite late on check-in day and took the time to show us everything. We'll really be happy to come back.

André was a very nice host. He is very friendly, understanding and kind. We enjoyed our stay at his hose and definitely will consider him for another time for our vacays! Thank you very much André!

The house is very well arranged and above all well-equipped, with a well-maintained swimming pool. The games were much appreciated by young and old. We enjoyed this weekend with the family in this beautiful and big house. Lucie is very responsive to correspond. Everything about it was excellent I recommend it!

We had a superb week in Karine’s house during the summer. While 30+ degrees outside, inside it remained cool because of the thick 19th century brick walls. The house is spacious and clean with modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The indoor pool is in a separate building in the large private garden. It was difficult to convince the kids to get out of the pool to go visit things in the neighbourhood. Much larger pool than the pictures indicate also. Karine welcomed us and showed us around, she’s very friendly and always available when needed. Absolutely recommended!

We recommend Eric and Alexandra's house without a second thought. We had a great time with friends. The house is very functional and pleasant. Thank you for hosting us, we'll be back with pleasure.

Perfect house for a weekend or a holiday with family or friends, with 6 bedrooms. We were 3 families with toddlers and everyone loved the house (lots of toys and books for children on the 2nd floor, 2 cribs, high chair)! Very well equipped, very close to the train station and downtown Bernay (lots of shops and a great market on Saturdays). The hosts gave us very detailed instructions for our arrival and about the house. They were very responsive and pleasant throughout the stay when we had questions.
