Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Costessey

Angie's place is a brilliantly located, comfy and cosy apartment literally steps from the centre of Sheringham but without any of the noise you get with town centre living. For "cosy" there's no need to read "small" - the living spaces were a really good size, as were the two bedrooms. Having off road parking right outside the gate was also a huge plus. Angie was very responsive and dealt with a minor issue really quickly. All in all, a great stay in our favourite place in Norfolk.

Lovely location and the Swan pub near by, the food is very good with excellent service. The flat is very well equipped with everything you needed for a perfect stay. And tastefully decorated and with lovely furnishings. The attention to detail on what's in the flat is very good. From DVDs, books, puzzle's and the kitchen utensil's. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you David & Ros

This is the most amazing flat in an incredible position. We loved every bit of our stay. The flat was beautifully decorated and well equiped. The view over the sea and the pier was stunning and we loved exploring the area. The local shops and the restaurants were a treat. Thank you, Hilary, for being such a perfect Host. x

Yet another stay here. Lost count how many times. This is a lovely 2 bed home matched by lovely host who is super friendly. Despite the freezing conditions this home was cozy and warm , very helpful after long walks. Can't wait to return- again

Had a lovely 3 nights in Norwich (just before the second lockdown, so great timing!) - the apartment was spotless and in a great location! Really easy to find and parking ideal. Perfect for couples.

Entrance at the back so need to approach from the side rd, not Bells Rd. Parking spaces hard to find (on Sunday), and the roads are very narrow. Parking both sides then just enough room to get a car through, probably not a van or big 4x4. Excellent flat, very clean and spacious. Small bedroom is just that, small but adequate for a single. Other two bedrooms large and v. nice. Bathroom good, electric shower unit looked well used but worked perfectly. Lounge/kitchen diner area, very good. Overall, had an excellent time and would certainly book this flat again. Thanks Jason.

Had a wonderful time. When we arrived for our Christmas break the Christmas lights and Christmas tree were twinkling a welcome. There was also Christmas music playing thru the tv. Made us feel very festive! We had an issue with the ovens and Emma was quick visit and to sort it out.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Little Lodge as it is perfect for us and our dog; clean and comfortable with off street parking and a garden. It has everything we need and ideally located in a quiet road close to all the amenities the town of Sheringham has to offer. Within easy driving distance to other beaches and towns along the north Norfolk coast Little Lodge would always be our first choice to stay. Thank you Rachel, we look forward to visiting again in 2025.

Loved staying here. Small but really cosy and the photos don't do it justice!! Lots of takeaways, pubs and shops on your doorstep. Will 100% book again when we head up this way.

We had a great stay at The Old Village shop, great location to walk to the beach, village pub, playground, Poppy's cafe and a Premier for any groceries. It was all so convenient! We stayed with our two young children and 2 dogs. They all had a wonderful time. The kitchen is small, but very well equipt. everything you could need was there, plus the downstairs toilet/utility room was very handy. The house was clean and well presented, we would like to rebook for another holiday next year.

We loved staying in Kim’s beautiful home, it had everything needed for a relaxing break. The finishing touches made it feel so comfortable and even with 7 of us and 2 pups there was plenty of space. The large kitchen/dining area was great for us all to play board games. Location was excellent for rambles across the fields and to the quayside, and of course, not forgetting the quaint shopping street. Thanks Kim we all enjoyed our stay so much.

Absolutely lovely stay at Beaches Retreat! Great location, very quiet but close enough to Cromer. Spacious apartment, modern design with comfortable living space, bedrooms and amazing kitchen. Wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The flat is lovely and had everything I needed (the sofa in particular is incredibly comfortable). It's an easy walk from Norwich station but is also on multiple bus routes. A generally really good stay and I'd definitely book in here again.

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

Our family of four had a brilliant holiday in the apartment. The whole place is clean, fresh and very well thought out with lots of attention to interior design and a thoughtful basket of goodies laid out for when we arrived. The apartment is conveniently located literally seconds walk away from shops, cafes and pubs. And it is also well placed for coastal walks, beach walks or just short wandering down the road strolls. Something for everyone. We will definitely return!

First time family visit to Cromer and Patricia's place was a fantastic location to explore the local area, being close to the beachfront, shops and restaurants. The apartment was immaculate with stunning views of the surrounding area, which came in handy watching the carnival parade and evening fireworks display from the top floor lounge area. Would definitely return again and would highly recommend to those considering a break in Cromer!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property and our time in Norwich. There is plenty to do and we will be returning later in the year to explore more. The property suited our needs very well with en-suite bathrooms to both bedrooms. Perfect location with parking nearby.
