We had a wonderful one-month stay at Giovanni's condo. The condo has an amazing view of the ocean and the pool area is beautiful and well-maintained. For two weeks, we had 6 adults staying at the condo which was a little too cozy for us - the kitchen, dining room and living room are not really set up for this many people. The location of the complex is very private, quiet and secure - somewhat central to Sosua and Cabarete. If you like walking, we did find a small beach and a couple of restaurants that were close; however, most restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores are about a 10-15 minute drive from the condo. The place was clean and came with drinking water and the basics for cooking and eating meals at the condo. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention when we arrived; however, Giovanni was very responsive to our messages and made the repairs that were possible. All-in-all, we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this Airbnb rental.

We loved our stay at Roberto’s place, it’s located really well to explore Pueto Plata. Roberto recommend lots of places to visit and where to eat, we tried a good few of them and enjoyed all of them. The apartment is very clean and modern with lots of little extra kind touches, like the welcome message, drinks in fridge and very nice lounge furniture. It’s a safe area to explore by foot and cafes in walking distance too. Parking outside was very handy for us as we hired a car. I can recommend a drive up the mountain as the cable car is broken the drive is lovley and takes you through lots of mountain villages. We had a slight problem when water went off, however Roberto sorted this very quickly. All in all we had a good time and we are happy to recommend Roberto’s apartment.

Definitely recommend for a quick trip the host was super nice and quick to respond it was perfect for me and my husband we were close to the city and had a good time .

It is a luxury accommodation, quite spacious, very comfortable, a large and comfortable bed, the bathroom impeccable, and the other amenities well, it has a parking space and is close to everything, I would definitely choose this place again. Ps. Erick thank you for the snacks and the water, they called us super well and the recommendations alike.

Great place to stay at. Right on the beach. Spacious and clean. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend to get the all-inclusive offered, worth every dime. Definitely recommend.

Note that you must check in at Infiniti Blu down the street before going straight to the Rizz property. The rooms are clean and very nice. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the high floor mountain view was cool. There is an elevator. No laundry machines in the unit although there is a space and hookups for them. AC works great in all the rooms. Pool is cold and mostly shaded. They need to put coffee makers in the rooms. The host checked in with us several times to make sure we were ok. It was a good stay.

Hands down this is the best place I have stayed in Sosua unmatched! Will stay here faithfully when I visit

Starting with the price, it was great. I really expected that for the price we paid we were not going to receive what we got but it really exceeded our expectations. The facilities were the same as were posted. Clean, fresh, spacious, really cozy for still good rest. The nearby beach, the pool equally and the latter VERY clean and delicate. Really my family and I were fascinated by this place so much so that we wanted to stay two more nights. I already want to come back…!! I LOVED IT…!!

We loved this place from the first glance! The property is really spacious. The living room on one side is one giant window/sliding door opening to the ocean. Watching crushing waves and listening to the roaring ocean while comfortably snug in a chair was truly therapeutic experience. We loved quiet nights and easy living style during the day, there were just a couple of people at the pool, at most. We enjoyed walks on a little beach that is a short path from the property, or you can just jump into the ocean from the steps at low tide. We loved Alicia Beach (10 min drive from the property), it was clean and inviting. It has a restaurant and ATM. Our kids loved the bunk bed. The master bedroom was very comfortable, AC units very quiet. Fridge was spacious and we had everything we need after grocery shopping at Playaro. Jim is a wonderful host, he responded to our requests within 5 min, we had everything including giant water keg delivered as well as starter groceries set. Thank you! XO
