House holiday rentals in Costa del Silencio

The Villa is a great place to stay. It is close to the Playa del Duque and numerous restaurants. Vanessa was a wonderful hostess and always replied promptly to any questions we had, she met us on arrival. The villa was as described and in the photos.

We recently stayed at Siam Park villa, with a party of 9, plus a 10 month old. The villa is spotless, has a great pool and outside space. Inside the games room is a bonus. Cameron was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful, especially when we had a slight issue with the water (beyond anyone’s control!). Cameron dealt with this so swiftly and made sure we were ok and had supplies. This was all whilst he was on holiday himself - he still made sure we were ok. Just something to be aware of, not a dealbreaker at all as there are so many positives, but there’s not really a place to convene inside the property for a large group all at once. It’s just due to the layout of the property, but as stated, not a huge issue, it just would have been nice to have a communal indoor area for the big group. Transfers to and from the villa were great and Cameron recommended a local company, Norman’s taxis. The group had a brilliant holiday and would recommend Cameron’s villa highly.

I've been to Tenerife a few times and this was the most beautiful place to stay for me. Villa is located in a noble and quieter area, yet everything is close by. It's best to have a car or take a taxi to the busier areas. The place itself was beautiful. The view with great sunsets was one of our highlights. Everything was described and the service was also very friendly and fast. We were completely satisfied and gladly come back.

Lovely stay. Very remote farm with plenty of avocado, lemon and orange trees. Wonderful to have fresh eggs every morning, and an excellent wood fired grill and a pizza oven. House is in two parts - sleeping quarters near the pool, and then the kitchen / diner by the BBQ. Pool was very cold!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, it had everything we needed, we often had the communal pool to ourselves and there was a great supermarket just up the road. There were some lovely restaurants in walking distance , but there were very steep hills to conquer on the way home! Taxis were only 5 euros if steep hills aren’t for you.

Everything was as described. We had received all info and the place was everything we’ve hoped for.

The host was very helpful, waiting for us an hour because we arrived late, no issues. Also available to customize checkout. Wonderful villa, great vacation

A stunning villa in a stunning location. The pool was very warm. The layout of the property was great both inside and out. Great selection of kitchen basics(S&P,oil etc). Car recommended but it’s only a few mins walk to the bus stop if needed. No problem getting taxis. We didn’t want to leave! Shaun was a great host and very friendly. Excellent!

Our stay at Anthony's home was absolutely brilliant! We had such a lovely time, the amenities there were everything we needed and it was only a short trip down into La Caleta. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Fabulous apartment Maria and her husband Adriano were very available, there were five of us.. hot water always ,clean and quiet. Close to Fanabe beach..10 minutes away..we came back tonight and I would still like to be there....Thank you

It was a nice stay in Cho, quite neighborhood. It takes 10 mins to reach to Siam Mall, 10-15 to the nearest beaches or Las Americas by car. Big supermarkets (HyperDino) are also 7-10 mins by car. The house is a great option for you if you rent a car, the parking spot is available, The house is clean and spacy with all needed for a long-term stay. The whole room on the second floor is equipped for remote working and even a monitor is available. The house also have a lovely terrace, which we really liked. Eric is super responsive and friendly, great host. The communication with him was very smooth.

Tania's house is an authentic wonder, everything is very clean, just as it appears in the photos, the house was fully equipped and she was not missing detail. The super pending and quite compressible host, we had an inconvenience with the light, and the host was unbeatable. I would definitely go back and recommend this stay to anyone

An amazing house! Has everything you could want, just enjoy! We cooked a lot in the house and there is a well equipped kitchen. Patrick had stocked the fridge, spices and tea were more than enough, and there were towels, soaps, shampoos and conditioners in every bathroom. Even sunscreen was there. A week that felt like we were staying in a castle. Would love to go back! We were 15, small and big, never missing chairs or table space both outside and inside, perfect for a large group.

A wonderful place to stay for a small group within walking distance of the beach. I highly recommend the experience of swimming at Montana roja in the morning! A small supermarket is also within walking distance, all other highlights of the island can be reached in 1 to 1.5 hours by car. Were very satisfied overall and would come back at any time, especially very nice communication with Boris :) Tenerife is definitely worth a trip, very versatile nature and something for everyone from swimming and hiking. And Boris Resident is a great starting point for exploring!

It was exactly what we were looking for. A large house with swimming pool and two seating areas for sun and shade on the terrace. The pool is salt and fresh water and we loved that too. There is a stone bbq and there were even coals and production cubes. The kitchen is big and has plenty of crockery and pans. There is a perculator available for coffee. The house has three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed. The third bedroom is two separate beds. Also there is a washing machine available. We loved the location. Around the house are other cottages and it was very quiet during the day and in the evening. Within walking distance is a small supermarket and several restaurants and lunch spots (tip: La Parma for good coffee and breakfast/lunch) The communication with the host was quick, friendly and very helpful. Thank you for that.

Miguel's place is quite as pictured, clean, well-equipped and with lots of products provided. The terrace is the real plus of this small house, large, sunny and with a very nice view! The complex is perfectly maintained and very quiet. It takes a 20-minute walk to the beach and the city center. Miguel's house is a really nice discovery . We'll be happy to go back. Miguel is very discreet but responds very quickly to all requests. Definitely recommend.

Marina was a wonderful host and did everything to make sure we had a great stay. The villa was beautiful in a wonderful location just perfect for our family holiday. I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Tenerife.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. Carmen was really helpful and always reachable via phone. She even gave us nice tips for the area and restaurant recommendations. There are a lot of possibilities in this area, the ocean is in short walking distance, there are many restaurants and a supermarket. We would definately recommend this place.

Maurice was an excellent host and a lovely human. Always available to provide ideas, recommendations, advice. He really knows the art of hospitality. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at his place and highly recommend.

This is an extremely well presented and maintained property . All facilities and in and outside of the house are well maintained and looked after including the pool and loungers . The appliances inside the home are all in good working order and of good standard . There are plenty of toiletries , towel’s ,including pool towel’s. It is secure and private . There is a supermarket and one restaurant within a walkable distance but to see the island as mentioned in the advert you would need a car . The host was easy to contact and very friendly I would 100% recommend this property as a base for your trip . Welcome fizz was a lovely touch too !

great villa for our family, age range 9 month to 76 years all thoroughly enjoyed it. Great communication if we had it problem it was solved straight away(toaster broke replaced same day). good location great layout , steep incline of 60yds to villa of main rd but managed it ok just taxi back up from resort due to have a 76yr old with us ,young uns managed fine,booked for nxt yr
