the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

Enrique's apartment is phenomenal. Clean, tidy, with all the necessary utensils to spend a few pleasant days in Valencia. We felt so comfortable. The bed is large and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. By putting some but, the hot water in the shower came out with little pressure. Otherwise everything from ten. Would come back.

Noemi's place is spotless and well located, close to the historic center of Vinaròs where restaurants, bars, shops and close to the sea and beaches are concentrated. Noemi is very friendly and we were very well hosted by Sebastian, available and attentive. We highly recommend Noemi's place.

The place has a breathtaking view, I asked Joan for a sun lounger because I couldn't sit and brought it to me, the apartment is much bigger than it seems in the photos, the sheets and the towels smelled clean, the whole house was very clean and tidy, very good location, one of the best areas of the beach in Valencia, surrounded by good restaurants, the beach 1 min away, there were also chairs to sit on the beach. Joan very reactive very available and friendly by the app, I would definitely come back.

Cool apartment, everything is present. Good location, close to the beach and bus stop. Sunny terrace and convenient that we could use the parking space for the bikes we had rented. Recommended!

The house is beautiful and you feel really good there. It's just as convenient. The kitchen is very functional like the rest. A real little piece of heaven. She welcomed us super warmly and was very kind and we thank her for her responsiveness which solved us. It's rare that I go back to a house or write a review but it will be the case for it from the heart.

Absolutely excellent and unique little place. Really perfect for a peaceful and comfortable break away. Very quiet, easy to get to and only a short drive from the centre. Gabriel was a brilliant host, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

The casita is very good and has everything, well almost everything, we lack a fan in the rooms, we lacked oil and salt, q in the services it puts it, in the rules of the house they charge for everything and that should enter into what is contracted, but they are the rules… and if you want it.. but we have been very good.

Quality -precio Fantástico will be coming back. Josep super understanding arrival time we had mishaps,it was made late and still I greet us, showed us the map and I inform us of everything,apart from the house you have leaflets with more information from other tourist places,and a list with the bar or restaurant, supermarket,bazaar..the closest .It's all very quiet and everything closes soon.For who smoke is not sold at this time in almost no place,the bottle is the closest to a gas station because in the restaurant in the village Nou del delta nothing and he told us waiter that in only in Ampolla it is just a point I facilitate. The house equipped in all the kitchen areas, linens,towels is not missing anything,and even the BBQ with wood,not charcoal tablets but if you know they are not needed, we enjoy it!My pet I enjoy. And finally thank Ana for leaving my son to get fruit and go with her to feed the chickens that had just 2 eggs he gave to my son.Eso is I take him❤

Appartement was nice and clean.

5 minutes walking from the pebbles beach. 5-7 minutes driving from the sand beach and small centre. supermarket next door. very nice, but at 5am the truck comes every day. the house has everything you need as a family. one bedroom did not have an airconditioning. very helpful hosts

We stayed with 8 people at Damian's place. Everything went well despite rainy weather. The space was spacious with beautiful views of the beach and close proximity to the city. Damian was very responsive to our questions and communication was easy. We had a great time with the family.

We enjoyed the stay with our children. The house and outdoor area are really pretty! We especially appreciated the mosquito protection on the windows - it is a very shallow area. Unfortunately, the supermarket in the village was already closed at the end of October. All in one I highly recommend the house.

We had a lovely time at María's apartment. Very close to the beach, food shops, some restaurants. María was very friendly and responsive. We would have found it helpful to have the checkin instructions sent to us earlier, for others to know: the keys are from a shop nearby and all the electric is off for you to turn on at the fuse box on arrival; so there is not hot water/AC/heating/fridge working on arrival. Thank you for having us, María.

The apartment is as shown in the images, a fairly pleasant place to disconnect. The terrace is very spacious and perfectly furnished. The beach is very close and close to shopping areas. We will return. At all times they were aware of the doubts that arose at the entrance and departure and always with a lot of kindness and politeness.

The apartment has stunning views and I found myself not even wanting to go out and just to enjoy the place we stayed in. The place is spacious and very well equipped. We have stayed over New Year’s Eve and enjoyed seeing fireworks from the city center straight from our windows. Having a dedicated parking space was a bonus. I’m glad we didn’t rent a large vehicle as parking spaces everywhere we’re quite tight. Eva was very helpful during the checkin and throughout our stay. Thank you.

this apartment is in a nice location by the beach covered private parking place for 2 cars,s the apartment is spacious with all amenities you might need during your vacation. shops and restaurants are within walking distance Peniscola is lively with many restaurants and lots of nice shops a visit to the castle is well worth it nice places nearby are Benicarlo and Vinaros we can recommend this to anyone

Roberto was very friendly and available at all times. Communication was great and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was clean, well equipped and in a convenient location. I would definitely recommend Roberto as a host and would certainly stay at his property again.

Gianina was the perfect host, was always available and very helpful, arranged taxis and gave us numerous recommendations. I would recommend her beautiful apartment to everyone wanting a lovely holiday, near enough to Valencia city but away from the hustle and bustle. We would love to visit again.
