The apartment is just as Monse describes it, who was always attentive to our questions, was extremely kind and very flexible. The complex is quiet, the location is not the best, but Monse's apartment and the cost-benefit, in addition to being a very good host, are totally worth it. I definitely recommend it, she accepted us with our two dogs who also had a great time and felt right at home🐾

The place is as shown in the pictures. We traveled with 2 children, unfortunately we could not use the pool because the water was always freezing ( we rented 4 days and 3 nights) even when we were at 29 degrees, this was a little sad because we rented the place for the children to enjoy the private pool, fortunately in the subdivision there is another shared pool that is very close to the apartment, with the most pleasant temperature. We report to Eve the poor quality of the internet but we understand that this is beyond her control. Consider carrying repellent, as the house adjoins with bushes, which makes in the afternoon there are many mosquitoes, which limits the ability to use the backyard, which is beautiful and cozy, we take meat and when we finish we eat inside, take your water to drink, it was the only thing that was not at home, from there on the outside, it has everything you need to cook. Eve is always attentive, she's an excellent host.

The house is in a great location, very safe area. I loved the spaces of the house super spacious and very comfortable and in addition we were more than 10 people and we all slept very well without any problems, all the services are at 100, the children really enjoyed the pool that is also in excellent condition and very clean as well as the house.
