The property is disinfected after each rental. It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years old as the garden is on a trellis. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to September and to the tennis court. Swimming pool 50 m walk from the apartment. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of hiking trails.

Finamente decorado, la mejor calidad en electrodomesticos, TV ULTRAMODERNO, mejor Ubicacion, cerca del mar, estacion de bus, estacion de tren. Imnumerables bares, restaurantes, grandes supermercados, farmacias y todo lo necesario para disfrutar unas excelentes vacaciones. No es necesario el automovil, pero de todos modos hay explanada, tambien parking de pago y disponemos de parking (gratuito),techado en cercanias. Plaza de 13 M2, mide 5x2,60, para coches pequeño + moto o bicicletas.

The view was even more beautiful than on the photos! Upon arrival the house was clean, we quickly had the key and could start enjoying the house and the area. The smaller swimming pool was definitely still big enough because we don't swim laps. Fortunately, the house to the left of it was not inhabited during our holiday period, otherwise they can see the full terrace and swimming pool. For the rest very satisfied, recommended!

In a few words, we had a wonderful stay. The house was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, it was easy to find and had a convenient parking spot just in front of it. The check-in process was seamless and the host answered all our questions promptly. It was super clean and exactly as described, with everything in perfect working order. We particularly enjoyed the big sofa in the living room, the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, and the fast internet. The highlight for us was definitely the garden, with the pool, BBQ, etc. While it wasn't the cheapest option, the amenities and overall experience made it well worth the price. A small downside was that some beds weren't very comfortable, but this was a minor issue in an otherwise nearly perfect stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and I'm planning to return next summer.

Pleasant stay in this small apartment, close to all shops, market and beach, everything can be done on foot or by bike. The pool is in front of the living room window, the parking space a few meters from the entrance, very convenient! We were warmly welcomed, Gregory sent us several information about the various activities nearby, we were delighted with our vacation in Argelès. Thank you again!

We were 10 adults without being uncomfortable, the house is large and pleasant in a quiet area with parking available nearby. Alexia responds quickly to any questions asked. The village and the environment have a lot of character, you can enjoy the Côte Vermeille and nearby Spain. A great end-of-year stay…

Gérard and his partner are very friendly and accommodating, their apartment was impeccable, functional and very conveniently located. Just perfect stay!!! The apartment was very clean and very nice. Imma and her brother are very kind and gave us very good advice. There is everything nearby (very fast by car and very easy to park). The view is just amazing from the terrace (we missed no sunrise so they are beautiful!!!) the pool on the terrace is really a plus. I already miss the view and the calm so much!!!
