House holiday rentals in Coshocton County

Audrey's house was better than the photos! Large space for hosting groups, and the plenty of common area vs. private areas. Peaceful, quiet, and kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed.

Just an absolutely gorgeous home and property. We were cursed with some bad weather, which might have really impacted our enjoyment at a lesser locale, but the historic home with all of its fireplaces and the perfect tranquility achieved looking out at the chickens and geese running around the backyard just made the weather woes evaporate. As one of us said sitting out back under the umbrella looking out on the yard "I feel like I'm living in the Calm app." A great escape for us city-dwellers. Tony & Scott were great hosts, making themselves virtually invisible unless requested (more so than necessary, frankly. ) The home was so clean and beautifully appointed. They might be relatively new to hosting but they are already all-stars. We hope to visit again.

Wow! Pictures do not do it justice. The place is brand new. They have everything you could want including bathroom supplies cooking basics fire wood paper goods. This place was simply amazing. I mentioned cooking a turkey and not only did they make sure a roasting pan was there but also supplied disposable ones. The place looks professionally decorated. They had directions for everything. The small touches were fantastic. They even supplied cotton pads for your face. The layout is fantastic. The views of the lake were beautiful. We were all sad to leave. As great as it was in the winter I want to come back in the summer. There’s a bar across the water that you could just take a raft over to!

We had a group of ladies from around the state, everyone said they would absolutely come back to the property again! We arrived and it was incredibly clean, smelled amazing and was setup for our bachelorette perfectly! Laura was responsive, helpful and went above and beyond. The pool and hot tub were perfect and so relaxing. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms extremely clean and everything you could ever need in the home.. bug spray, beach towels, pool floats, kitchen appliances (toaster, many coffee choices, etc). We hope to be back for another weekend at Laura’s rental!

This was a beautiful and huge home. Exactly what we needed for our family during wedding weekend for our daughter. We rented Jonna’s Sugar Creek home five years ago for another daughter’s wedding. I was happy she had one closer to the venue this time. Anytime I messaged her she respond almost immediately. Thank you, Jonna for sharing your beautiful home with us once again. We just wish we could have had time to use the hot tub and that new game room you put in!

The place was super clean and just what we hoped for and expected. Only complaint and I guess it’s really not a complaint is we felt like there should have been an extra shower in the bathroom up stairs. We loved the convenience of it and so close to everything we like.

We enjoyed our stay. Amanda was quick to respond to any needs or questions. The outdoor space was awesome the pool the hot tub plenty of outdoor seating. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen has all the pots pans and utensils you need to prepare meals. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Amanda and Scott for all your help.

Place was great! Our group had a leadership development retreat, and it was a perfect location.

Max is very accommodating, I reached out late evening at the last minute and Max was about to assist quickly and get us in a place and even went the extra mile. Will be staying often as I visit family in the area monthly. Thank you!!

This home was perfect. Well stocked and clean. Felt right at home. Host thought of everything, even having a homemade coffee cake on the counter for us. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. It was in a private setting, but still close to 93 where you can access the area attractions. We were in the area for a hunting trip, and found the accommodations to be perfect for our group. We didn’t use the outdoor space, but it has a beautiful back patio with fire pit.

Have stayed several times at different places of Amy’s, and have always had a great experience. Great host!

I had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here!

The River House was in a beautiful setting with the river literally right out the back door. The house had all the needed amenities and was nicely decorated and clean. It was nice having the satellite TV available for use so we didn't have to bother with signing in to streaming apps. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the peaceful property, but we only could stay one night and had to wake up early to continue our travels. The property had plenty of room for us to exercise our dog. We very much appreciated the gift that was waiting for us when we arrived. We highly recommend the River House for a stay, and Maxx as a host.
