I stayed in Mascia's house for 5 days, it was like being at home. The apartment is large, comfortable, warm, and it was delivered very clean. The condo is quiet. Mascia is a very helpful and welcoming person, the stay was perfect. I recommend it.

We have now stayed in Uldrich's apartment for the second time. As with our first stay 3 years ago, the place was very clean and perfectly equipped! Uldrich responds exceptionally quickly to questions and is very helpful. Unfortunately, we only had time for two nights, but we enjoyed this time very much and recovered perfectly. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!

i spent a week in the accommodation in October for work. It is possible to go by the sea in 5"on foot and jog along the avenue along the sea. The water is very clean, you can also swim even if this is not the perfect place. After work, it was very pleasant.

Vincenzo was an extremely responsive and understanding host. He allowed us to check in early, and even offered a lift from the train station. The apartment is great value and in a good location to explore cosenza.

An enchanting place, right on the sea, with large (sun)terrace, quiet with gentle sound of the sea. The apartment is very spacious and clean, comfortably furnished. Hosts live on the 1st floor and are very friendly. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is lovely, comfortable and delicious, just like in the listing, even better. The kitchen table was presented with a tablecloth and Christmas decorations that welcomed me greatly, making me feel the cosentine Christmas atmosphere. The location is perfect for getting around Cosenza. Vittorio is a very kind and friendly host, always ready for every request.

We had a great time, the one-bedroom apartment is very well maintained and recently renovated. Extremely hospitable hosts and quiet area but close to everything. There was even a lounger and a bowl for dogs in the living room, provided by the owner, in case we didn't have ours, and she also made us find a bottle of wine in the fridge, since we were staying there for New Year's Eve. A touch of note, this kind of care. Highly recommended!! We hope to be back!

I've used AirBnB for many great stays over many years, but Fatima's place has truly provided my best experience. The apartment is immaculate--*extremely* clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Fatima's parents--who managed the apartment on-site--are some of the most considerate, kind, and thoughtful individuals you'll ever meet. The grounds are beautiful, with blooming rose bushes, beautiful trees, and a well-kept lawn. It's clear that much thought and care goes into the upkeep of both the apartment and its grounds. Even as the apartment is situated in this serenity, important amenities are very close: A large grocery store is a 3-min drive away and the center of town is about a 10-min drive away. My family and I were genuinely sad to leave Fatima's apartment, but we look forward to returning!

Family-friendly accommodation with Francesco very available, located in a good location near the junction of the state road, in an elevated position with respect to the village center that can be reached on foot with a walk in the many evocative alleys, in a few minutes, and if you think about the heat on the climbs it is only because we are no longer accustomed to walking.

Its was a pleasure meeting Joe and seeing his beautiful part of the world. Joe was helpful and available at every request, would absolutely stay again.
