Here's a 5-star review for the beach Airbnb apartment: Comfortable and laid back spot …. We just returned from our incredible stay at this stunning beachfront apartment, and we can't wait to go back! The moment we stepped inside, we knew we were in for a treat. The apartment is cozy spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. But what truly made our stay exceptional was Carl, our host's outstanding hospitality! Very attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. were always available and happy to help. The location is perfect - just steps from the beach, with views of the ocean . We spent our days lounging on the sand, swimming, and watching the sunset over the water. If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with comfortable accommodations and a host who truly cares, look no further!

Our hosts were welcoming and very helpful. The descriptions and instructions were clear and easy to understand. The house was very light and bright. It was spacious and clean. Everything was exactly as described. We ate lunches out and cooked dinners in and enjoyed the ability to use the grill and enjoy the patio. Our hosts were incredibly responsive! We had a small issue with a smoke alarm and Michael came that day and replaced it within an hour. Then he stayed to chat and offered recommendations on many local adventures (Cabrillo State Park and Point Loma Lighthouse, La Jolla Cove and Cave) and restaurants. One note which is made clear in the instructions involves the garage. We had a larger car (SUV type) and I highly recommend a party to guide the driver while parking in the garage. The car fit nicely in the garage but the alley is a tight space for navigating. We will definitely be back and look forward to more San Diego adventures! Thank you Michael and Lily!

the place is just as the pictures show beautiful and cozy. The view is beautiful. the place has easy access in and out of it and it's very safe and peaceful in the building. the host were easy to communicate with and replied right away.

We loved our stay at Ginger’s place! Walkable to a ton of restaurants/bars and grocery store. Super convenient beach access. Fully equipped garage with all the necessities and toys for a great time at the beach. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay right next to the beach. Tons of restaurants nearby and easily accesible. Very spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities.

Beds were unusually comfortable (nice treat to be in a King!) and kitchen was well stocked. Extremely convenient location, literally right around corner from great restaurant options, surf lessons, etc.

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

The unobstructed Pacific Ocean view from Cy’s 12th-floor spacious condo is spectacular! Cy is very hands on, meeting us when we arrived to explain everything and also coming by at checkout time. The condo is well-located, with restaurants, clubs, shops and groceries stores nearby. The seating, as well as the beds/pillows were very comfortable. With four TVs to choose from, everyone should be happy. The kitchen is well-equipped and the master bedroom’s room-darkening shades much appreciated. In the room-for-improvement category, we could have used more cabinets for our stuff in the kitchen and bathrooms (half of them are reserved for owner and off limits). The two east-facing bedrooms could use room-darkening shades. Note: if you have difficulty with stairs, be aware there are 3 steps up into the condo and, once inside, 3 steps down into the great room. All in all, the view can’t be beat and we’d definitely return.

great location with a beautiful view! parking was surprisingly easy to find while we were there. martha was friendly and checked in when weather was bad to make sure we were okay, which was very nice. overall a wonderful stay!

There are some reviews of this place that are less than 5-stars. I don’t understand why. This was perfect all around. The beach is less than 5 minutes, the pool and hot tub are right out the front door, beds are comfortable and other amenities are abundant. They have things for the beach like chairs and boogie boards, which was very nice. Highly recommend this location!

Lovely place for a beach getaway.

Stayed here and had a great experience! The space had everything we needed, and while it did get a bit cold, Luis provided space heaters and plenty of blankets to keep us comfortable. Check-in was super easy, and the 24/7 guarded parking was a huge plus. Luis was incredibly responsive and even gave us a great local recommendation. Highly recommend staying here!

This apartment is in a great location in PB, overlooking the pacific was so delightful. We watched the surfers all day long. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops, the path along the coast for morning coffee was my favorite. The bed, bedding, pillows were all so comfortable. I am a snob when it comes to this and there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows and linens to find the best comfort. Kid friendly as well! Our 1 year old was safe and loved watching the ocean and birds each day. Would love to come back soon!

Great spot. Super clean and incredible location!

We had to evacuate our home because of fires nearby, and staying at Maria’s place was such a bright spot for us. The space is cheerful and inviting with lots of personal touches. As a couple with a baby, everything we needed was there. The location is unbeatable - steps to the beach, tons of great restaurant and shops within walking distance. Maria is an excellent host. We booked our stay while on the road and she was in touch right away. She was so kind and compassionate to our situation. If you get an opportunity to stay here, do not pass it up.

The whole team was very responsive! Loved the location easy access to the beach, restaurants, and groceries. Our 3 kids did great! Having a back yard for them to play in let us relax and unwind.

Location is great. The space is as pictured and plenty of room but it is very vertical. Just something to keep in mind with kids or people who don't move so well. We had some issues with the garage entry and TV in the living room not these were rectified quickly.

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

One of the best places we have ever stayed! Aric’s place was decorated beautifully for the holidays. and it was obvious he paid attention to details to make the stay for his guests perfect. We loved our morning coffee on the private balcony while listening to the ocean. The location was amazing for easy access to the boardwalk, Belmont Park, restaurants, and coffee. Would love to stay again!

Great place & the location was fantastic. You can walk to the path around the bay & the ocean was a little over a 2 mile walk. The parking spot is a little tricky to get out of because it is on a busy street & hard to back up in the driveway.
