Holiday rentals with breakfast in Cornwall

Honestly, what's not to love about this place? Upon arrival, we were surprised at how spacious the entire house was. It was well presented and homely with all the furniture and appliances one would need for a comfortable stay. As someone who loves to cook, I was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was. The garden is beautiful and offered plenty of privacy. We even caught glimpse of a rabbit making its way around! Perranuthnoe Beach is just a few minutes drive away, a great spot to run the dogs when the tide is out. Be sure to check this! The Tipsy Crab Cafe offered stunning views to sit and have a cuppa after a walk along the beach. There is a pretty little church, 5 minutes walk down the road. Well worth the visit, if that's your thing. Valerie provided us with a welcome pack of Eggs, milk, butter, bread and juice - this felt very generous indeed and a very nice touch. There was honestly nothing negative we can say about our stay. Thank you Valerie!

Pam is a perfect host. I was welcomed kindly with a happy demeanour and smiles. Pam has a lovely house and my room was perfect and spacious. There is a large bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

Matt’s house was lovely, comfortable, very clean and a great location for our first stay in Cornwall. The shower downstairs is a great bonus from Sandy days at the beach and where we all showered to be honest :-) kids loved their rooms too and had no problem sleeping after a full day of fun and the football table got our competitive natures going a few times too! Lots of space throughout the house and good use of a utility room with washing machine and dryer too. Beach is only a short walk away and the little village itself is quaint with great bakery’s (st Agnes bakery and further up round by the Spar a cute place called Martina’s which do amazing french paste ties too on certain days!) you must try the Peterville arms pub/restaurant opposite - staff are soooo friendly and food delicious and plentiful :-) We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to families for a comfortable, clean, home away from home stay. We had a lovely time at Oceans Edge! The home was presented immaculately, with everything we could have thought of, catered for. A stunning location, which was well worth the slightly challenging access and manoeuvrings onto the drive! If only we had booked for longer! Thank you. Simon & Cheryl

Pat is a great host, she’s very friendly, we engaged in nice conversations. She suggested places to visit and how to get around on public transportation. The private room and bathroom were very clean and of good size. We enjoyed the continental breakfast in the Cosy solarium overlooking the garden. Overall a great enjoyable stay. Thanks Pat.

The hosts were welcoming and friendly. There were steep stairs going up to the bedrooms, but they were manageable. The highlight was the short walk into the village. Going into St. Just was like stepping back in time. Kings Arm restaurant had a roaring fire, friendly servers and the food was delicious. The location was outstanding. Next time we would stay longer!

It was a good experience for me and my family. I wish to go again in there wonderful house. My little liked so much the place and there pets. Tanq u so much

I chose to stay at Stephens place as it was a few miles from my companies head office in Holdsworthy. From the moment I had booked, and Stephen had reached out to confirm and thanks me for my booking , right yo to the day I arrived I found him to be very responsive and helpful. I'd asked if there was a fan in the property, about an hour before my arrival, and boom! It was already placed in the bedroom when I arrived. The description is absolutely spot.on and the amenities offered ate just what I needed after my.trek from Kent to Devon. Id even found a lovely bottle of Wine chilling in the fridge along with some fresh milk and water. Little touches like that are very much appreciated and I found the place was very homely and cosy, and did not feel in any way "commercial" as many hosts tend to make their priorities feel This Airbnb is ideally placed for Devon, Cornwall and even trek back towards Cheddar and Wookey Hole. And the moors are not far away too. All in all this is a 10/10

Bethans place is absolutely beautiful! Every detail is so thought out. We particularly thought the joinery was amazing plus the comfort and quality of the home furnishings. Bethan was super helpful and provided a generous and delicious breakfast. We enjoyed St Kew Inn next door which is must as well as Port Isaac and Tintagel. A perfect mini break in January! Thankyou for your hospitality!

The cottage was exceptionally beautiful, clean and thoughtfully planned. Just a little thing,- Microwave and small chest of drawers would have been useful but we did manage. Lovely greeting and very helpful hosts. The instruction sheet Sarah sent was excellent and told us everything we needed to know. Welcome bottle and milk much appreciated too! Garden seems a bit misleading on photo as we thought our dog would be able to play out as we looked from the window, but it was separate to the cottage. We thought the cottage was right by the river but we had to drive to it and the roads were exceptionally narrow which caused some stress. However over all, we had a fabulous holiday and could not fault our hosts. A brilliant holiday for a couple in a gorgeously equipped cottage in a stunning setting. Just a bit out of the way for us.

Wonderful place to stay to relax and explore the many attractions around the Lizard peninsular. Beautiful spacious home with a dog-friendly garden, comfortable and really well equipped for guests. Diana was a kind and welcoming host with great advice on local activities and a big folder of local info, walks, places to eat etc. We loved Helford, Porthallow, Lizard point and Kynance Cove especially. And the characterful pub at Manaccan. We’d love to stay again. Thank you Diana!

David and Lizzie’s place is a true sanctuary for the soul. I have read in other reviews that the pictures on here do not make it justice and I couldn’t agree more. I loved how peaceful it was, and will certainly miss seeing all the robins, squirrels and other animals pass by the windows in the morning, all on an exploratory mission into the majestic garden. The cottage has quite a history having hosted numerous families and famous painters over the centuries. The garden at the back still has the same layout established in the nineteenth century and it is great to see all the various species of exotic plants grown by the various owners still thriving to this day. The cottage is perfectly located if you are travelling by public transport. This goes not just for train links in and out of Penzance, but also for local buses around the area and the Land’s End Coaster. Thanks a lot for all your tips guys, and for being so humane. Excellent little flat fronting the road yards away from the waterfront. We found parking easy in the evening except once on race day. I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work as my phone wouldn’t pick up the network. Otherwise all good, nicely decorated and plenty of room for two.

Beautiful apartment, lovely host. Walkable to town, supermarket 2 mi utes away. Great place to stay.

My boyfriend and I visited with two friends, so we booked the entire barn. Helen was there to meet us when we arrived and offered us a tea and coffee with biscuits. We found the barn to be spotlessly clean. The soft furnishings and interior design were lovely quality and comfortable. The beds are lovely and comfortable. The quality and choice of breakfast was amazing and they catered for a vegetarian and gluten free. Helen was a great host who couldn't do enough for us. The grounds are pretty and peaceful with lovely views of the Countryside. The photos dont do this place justice. We really couldnt rate this place highly enough. Thanks Jen

Great place - just as advertised and required for a short peaceful break in between Christmas family gatherings, Hot Tub and Sauna both brilliant all by candlelight which is so nice in the countryside. 100% will return

Can not recommend Stonelands B and B more highly. Christine and Roy were more like old family friends yet gave the appropriate amount of privacy and space. Chris’ recommendations for dining and walks were greatly appreciated! Thanks to you both for making our mother /daughter trip to Cornwall memorable.

Such a peaceful stay. Shan was so welcoming, we felt right at home. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, healthy cereals, toast, fresh fruit, tea and coffee what more could you ask for! We will definitely be coming back:)

Staying at Crean Mill was a joy from start to finish- Grace and Steve strike the perfect balance of the friendly personal touch with giving you space and privacy…. The scones and cream were a delightful extra treat on arrival and the system of leaving the cool box with a delicious breakfast outside the room at a time that suits you works a treat. The room was beautifully furnished with everything you need and the garden is absolutely beautiful. We had a peak at the Shepherds Hut as well, which is also available to rent, and that was just as beautiful and very private. Our visit was based around a trip to the Minack Theatre and it was the perfect location for this, but also a great spot for visiting Penzance and Sennen Cove. Very good local recommendations from Grace and Steve as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!!!

What a gem of a find. Clean and very comfortable. The hosts, Mary and Terry were lovely and gave us some great tips for sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious and filling and set us up for the day. We would highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely stay again when we are coming to Cornwall.
