Carrie is a great host, communicative, and very responsive. The place was cozy and so close to the snubber lift, it truly is ski in/ski out. it was the perfect place to end winter break with my boys.

beautiful cozy felt just like home. Extremely well stocked kitchen as far as cooking or baking and the whole experience made for a peaceful and cozy thanksgiving dinner with my husband and teenage son. Would absolutely recommend and will be back.

Excellent location with easy shuttle or ski in/out access. The house was perfect- lots of room for 8 people, nice fireplace and well stocked. David was very responsive and accommodating. Will visit again

This was the perfect home base for a multi-family ski trip. The kids loved the downstairs rec room and bunk beds. We will definitely be back.

Elaine and Rick are excellent hosts. Everything was as described if not better. Accommodations were clean and very cosy. Very close for skiing at Sunday River Mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the chalet. It is spacious, comfortable and cozy. The views of the mountain are amazing. There are large windows everywhere that let in a lot of light. The beds are comfortable and plentiful. It was spotless. The kitchen has all the cookware and utensils needed for cooking. There's an outdoor grill and griddle on the deck. The firepit is stocked with firewood. The driveway to the house is steep and can get slippery, but we were able to get up and down safely in our sedan and truck. We loved how the house is decorated. It's homey with adorable and rustic decor. It really added to the experience. Sunday River ski resort is a 6-minute drive away. The historic town of Bethel is a 15 minute drive. Bethel has some great restaurants. There are restaurants and gourmet food markets within a 10-minute drive. We were able to relax in the comfortable living room, enjoy nature, ski, go out to eat and cook at home-all in one place. We would love to return.

Flagstaff Oasis was a great place to stay and ski at Sugarloaf! Close to the mountain and Mike was a fantastic host. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience Sugarloaf and its surrounding area.

Our family and friends rented this beautiful house for Christmas, and Barry is an amazing host. Check-in was easy, thanks to the clear instructions. The house was absolutely beautiful, with an amazing mountain view. It was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, just a few minutes from the ski resort, restaurants, and stores. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back!

My family and I throughly enjoyed staying at the tree house. It’s right on the water to offer that camp feel yet also has a blend of that modern, small and cozy feel. Staying there was great, the house had all the basics one could need which helped make our stay that much easier. Unfortunately the weather was overcast most of our stay so we didn’t have a chance to fully enjoy the lake front view and dock, but our one moment where it was warm enough to jump in the water didn’t disappoint. Wish we had more opportunity to spend time down by the water. We’ve been to the Rangeley area before but this was our first time staying on this lake, we were also able to hike bald mountain and drive up quill hill in rangeley. There is plenty of spectacular views in the area and plenty of things to do. Next time we think of staying in the area we will certainly have this place in mind. We definitely would recommend staying here!
