We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

A beautiful private little are to enjoy a modern feel in a rustic area. We truly enjoyed our stay and very clean, Nadia was great with being proactive with any potential issues l, great recommendations and a super easy check in, would stay again for sure.

Great location in downtown Utica walking distance to many nice bars and restaurants! This spacious apartment is right above Gerbers 1933 Tavern which was perfect to go grab a night cap!

Perfect for our stay

Debi and I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s, and this was, by far, the absolute BEST Airbnb experience we have had to date! Cannot recommend Hewerton’s place enough. Classic renovated building, beautiful individual space, and close to all you need!

Rick has been one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had! He made me feel so welcome, was flexible with check in and check out, and went out of his way to shovel a path for me when it was snowing out. I could not have asked for a better host. The space was very clean, private, and it only a few minutes away from the main area of Cooperstown. I would highly recommend staying at Rick’s place if you’re in the area and if I’m back I’ll be staying here.

We loved this house for our family. It was one of the cleanest, best equipped houses we have rented. The pictures and descriptions were accurate, the internet was reliable, everything was in good working order, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Plus, Jenn and Gary were easy to reach for any questions. We look forward to another visit!

Great and quiet location. Kitchen was amazingly well stocked and just what we needed for our dinner and breakfast. Lots of complimentary items if someone forgot something. Place is even baby and pet ready if you needed. We even had plenty of deer to greet us in the morning right outside the sliding door.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

Me and my family of 4 ( 6 and 3yrs old), absolutely felt so at home at Denise home. My kids were really sad we were leaving. The house was spacious and cozy. very very clean. They had some kids DVD movies the kids never seen and board games which were fun. We were there during a snowstorm and it was like a post card. We have family that lives on the other side of the Creek and it was so easy to stop over to see them and hit up the supermarket in case we needed anything for the storm. We were a little worried about the road, but Denise let us know that in the middle of the night they would start plowing, so it worked out great. My littlest one asked that we come back to the blue house and it will definitely be a place we choose again and recommend. Thank you so very much for such a nice place to stay.

We stayed at Jill's place with our 2 children and pet dog for a New Year's Eve family getaway in the Catskills, and it was everything we hoped it would be! Jill's place is lovely, cozy, and peaceful while also being a short drive away from attractions in Windham, Hunter, and other surrounding areas. Also a short distance away from several great hiking spots. Jill's place was perfect for our winter getaway and can't wait to go back!

Comfortable, clean three bedroom place with space to hang out and the amenities you need. Beds were comfortable and Erica left treats and nice products for use. She was friendly, professional and responsive. We will definitely want to stay there again next time we are in the area.

This was one of the best Airbnb stay. The host was so gracious to me and my family. The house was amazing, it was clean, spacious, had all the essentials and was located in a nice little neighborhood close to many stores. I would definitely recommend booking with chalice !!

We had a wonderful time at Dave's place, it was the perfect spot for adult gathering. Very convenient to get there, prime location with an amazing view, we were cozy and comfortable in the common area and enjoyed the modern kitchen. Everything was clean and good quality. Thanks Dave

Ranki was fantastic, great communication, the condo was beautiful, very well equipped, inviting, and feels like home, everything you need, "Bring only your toothbrush" is the truth! Great views of WM, the walking to and from the lodge is KEY! Brand new deck, heated boot shelves, new kitchen, all hits with my family! We will be back! Thanks Randi!!

LOVED staying in this condo. The condo is beautiful and so much room for our group to stay in. We were two families and a grandpa (total was 5 adults, 5 children). Location was incredible. The condo was filled with all the amenities you could need during the stay. Plenty of towels and even toothbrushes if you forget yours. Will definitely stay again.

We worked through a bit of calendar scheduling snafu quickly. Scott was accommodating, proactive, and responsive. The condo was in a great location, maintained well, and clean. We very much enjoyed our quick weekend getaway. Thank you!

This place was perfect for our family of five! Beautiful condo in a true ski-in/ ski-out location immediately at the lifts, with convenient ski lockers and a lovely pool. Ann was an excellent and responsive host. We hope to return soon!

Mary’s place is nice and clean, right in the center of town. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. This is my second time staying at one of Kevin’s places. They are economical, clean, and all you need for place to rest your head. Kevin is friendly and very responsive and is a local host.

Nectarios was very helpful and courteous! The space is large and homey. Would absolutely book again!
