Everything exceeded expectations. Accommodations were perfect for our group. Would recommend the villa for a comfortable and restful stay. Lori was a great host!

This is a very nice property with a fenced-in yard on a quiet street. It offers wonderful accommodations for children and toddlers. The house was fully stocked with kitchen essentials and had enough plates, glassware, and flatware to avoid running the dishwasher after each meal. PJ was very responsive and ensured we had everything on site for our little ones when we arrived. I highly recommend it!

Michael’s place had everything we needed and was perfect for our visit with family.

We had a wonderful time here. Kim was very proactive and communicative. We appreciated her flexibility when we decided to extend our stay. The space is lovely. The directions and policies are clear, easy to understand, and all very reasonable with nothing feeling unfair or too demanding. Will definitely try to come back in the future.

James did not disappoint on providing a restful getaway for our children, grandchildren. Great wildlife views right from the spacious dining room table. What a view! We are from Danville and felt like we were truly getting away. Because it was over Christmas, James even provided a decorated Christmas tree—so helpful and thoughtful. Very cozy with the gas fireplace! Our family was very comfortable with the layout, placement of bedrooms, three floors to spread out, have quiet conversation, and reconnecting. James was a great host and Sandra was so kind, helpful when we left a personal item after checkout. Thank you for providing a place like this right here in Danville!

This lake house was so cute! It was clean and organized. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. Loved that fact that we could take a 5-minute walk into town and go to the local cafe for meals. As our stay was not for vacation, we didn't make full use of the river/kayaks but it looked like fun and we enjoyed the porch. If you are not used to trains going by at night, bring a sound machine. I was very glad I had one. The pictures are accurate but you should be aware that the stairs to the loft bedroom are located in one of the downstairs bedrooms. The only full shower is located in the third bedroom. We just weren't paying close attention to realize this. All in all, very nice home to stay in, but there is little privacy because of the stairs and the shower, and also because the loft overlooks the living room/kitchen so the sound and light travel right up. We were 6 people flying in from 2 states staying for 3 nights for a family funeral so this suited our purposes nicely.

This place was just wonderful, all the amenities of being at home. Nice and peaceful place to stay in Utica, IL.

Our family recently enjoyed our third weekend at the Zybell House in Monticello. The town was humming with activity — either the Polar Express train experience, a rivals high school football game, or more than six shops on and just off the square to explore on Saturday. The sleeping areas are very comfortable and plentiful in the house. The cooking and dining areas are spacious. I appreciate how much cooking equipment is included, making meal prep easier. The various conversation areas are perfect for people to use, leaving the main elevated table for the jigsaw puzzle and those puzzle-lovers gathered around. I look forward to our next family event at this Airbnb.

We needed a big place to accommodate a fairly large group; eight adults, six children, and two standard poodles. Sarah's place fit the bill nicely! Our visit was in winter, so we appreciated being able to use the gas fireplace. There was ample room for people to move around, as well as enough places to sit. The kitchen is central and nicely outfitted. The beds were comfortable. The house is in a subdivision that has a large pond (small lake?) in the middle. I didn't think the water frontage would be a benefit this time of year, but with hundreds, if not thousands, of migrating Canadian geese flying in and out of the water, it made for an interesting spectacle to watch. We were very pleased with the house, Sarah, and the overall experience. Thanks, Sarah!
