Marita is a very friendly person, I felt very welcome in her accommodation for her treatment, always attentive to my messages and useful recommendations. The place met my expectations, comfortable and close to places of interest.

My family and I had a great stay! My wife loved the kitchen- kids loved the pool! There was a nearby park which was great and in walking distance. I recommend this to anyone with a family!

A pleasant stay my friend lived with her partner and I with mine. The casita is as shown in the pictures…. We had a great time all 4 of us. They were very friendly. We would definitely stay with Emanuel and Fabiola again.

Nice comfortable house, images and description are accurate. Good communication from Rosi. As a family with children, we tend to cook a little more. Would be great to have a couple more fry pans and pots and perhaps a toaster too. Would be great to have micorwavable dishes too to use in the microwave. House is in a local neighbourhood, 25 minute walk to historic square and further to other areas. Good to have a car or catch taxi to further areas.

The house and amenities are good. The location requires a car to move around. It is a nice residential community. Not many businesses near by. Preferable to arrive during the day and not at night. It is very lonely. But we were able to move around well because the proximity to the beach and other tourists places. Overall it was a very good experience. Cristian and his crew were great.

We really enjoyed staying here for 2.5 weeks. The house is HUGE with lots of space and a swimming pool. The house was very well equipped for our stay even with drinking water and a bidet in the bathroom! The large king beds were very comfortable. The Internet was fast and stable, the kitchen was great to cook in with everything needed. The area is quiet and safe and is about 15mins walk from the center square. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Everything is very good, but one recommendation is that they put traps in the watering pods, since the smell of the sewers is very strong, thank you very much

The apartment is really cute, immaculate and very nicely designed. the pool and garden are particularly beautiful. Céline is a fantastic host, super organised and helpful. Everything about the stay was impeccable. She very kindly rented me a bicycle and the buses into the centro are very regular. Most suitable if you have a car as it is quite far from anything, but this fact is well documented. It was a pleasure to stay in Céline's apartment. Thank you Céline.

We loved our stay at Natalia's place--the location was quiet, the building is beautiful, and parking was easy. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony to listen to the birds in the morning! Would love to visit again someday.

This is my second time staying in one of Jesus’s place and both times I was not disappointed. The place looks exactly like the pics and was comfortable. I did mention to him that the pool needed to be maintained and he responded quickly. Jesus was kind enough to provide some cooking essentials upon request. I’d stay here again.

Excellent service and attention! When they stay with them, they read the messages very well because they have the information they need for a perfect stay. The place is safe, quiet, ideal for resting and very well located for people who will want to travel to the beach. to my dad and I served the space very well. Great option if you come with a car for a walk or a business.

I had a wonderful stay at Luis house. This apartment is on the ground floor facing the pool and garden, which are superb. You have your own terrace where you can sit and relax, have a drink or even work if you want. This was my favorite part of the place. The apartment is suitable for one person or a couple. There's a good size bedroom which also faces it's own lovely small courtyard with a small table and chair. Large windows open to this space and offer lots of light into the bedroom. The bathroom also has large doors facing a small private outdoor space with a few lovely trees. There was lots of hot water in the shower but be careful because water does spray a bit outside of the shower. Luis is looking into fixing this. The kitchen has what's needed and is attached to the living room which has a wonderful view of a large well maintained pool and beautiful garden. An oasis of tranquility. Luis is a great host and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Would stay again, great Host, I'm already making plans for my next stay.

My partner and me stayed here to do some remote work while also exploring Mérida. The airbnb couldn’t have been more perfect for that. Wifi works great, security service is very nice, the flat is quiet, clean and extremely well equipped. Bed is comfortable, all things like fridge, washing machine, AC, … seems very new and good quality. Would definitely stay again.

Great place and hosts. Beautiful community near the mall and restaurants. Highly recommended
