Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our family truly enjoyed every aspect of this property—from the cozy living spaces to the well-equipped kitchen, where we could easily prepare meals. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep for everyone. The outdoor area was a highlight for us! Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with a peaceful view or spending quality time together in the evenings, the setting was just perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

This delightful little place is everything it seems to be - most of all for us: quiet, with a lovely garden and right on the lake. Bruno was totally helpful and friendly and quickly available when needed. Everything inside is wood lined except the shower area so it can feel like a wooden chalet.

We had a pleasant time in the quiet and warmth of this private accommodation. Its description matches reality. Other highlights were the proximity to the store and free parking at the foot of the accommodation!

Our stay was a success, very nice neat accommodation, new, very close to the old town and lake with great arguments in addition to the beautiful terrace and garage box for the car. Pascale was always quick to answer our questions. We will come back without any worries.

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

Great house, simple and convenient.. in a very peaceful and calm location. There is a bakery very close and it is within walking distance to the lake. The host answered all my questions instantly. The only place I will definitely stay when I go to Nnecy. Thank you Justine

The welcome was warm and the apartment on the ground floor is perfect, comfortable and well-equipped. Modern bathroom, comfortable bedding, and quiet accommodation 25 minutes walk from the lake. Shops nearby. Impeccable! Only downside, very capricious wifi!🥴.

It is a very nice property at the edge of the lake. You can practically put your legs in the water from your bedroom :) The kitchen is nice and well-equipped - The view is amazing - The property is spacious - There are two private parking places The access to the apartment is a little bit unconventional (you have to pass in a tunnel), but that didn't bother us at all (we travel with two small children). The view compensates everything :)

Peaceful stay in total autonomy, Fred was super responsive to the least of our requests. The accommodation is perfect in a beautiful and very modern residence. I recommend it!

cute little place very well arranged. towels were available. everything was very clean. For 5 adults, the only downside was the fact that there is only one toilet in the bathroom.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

The house is located in a very beautiful unspoiled and quiet environment, at the same time as close to Chambéry / Challes les Eaux. We enjoyed the garden, the indoor and outdoor space, without immediate neighbors or opposite, and the authenticity of this old building with all the comforts needed for a few days of vacation. The instructions given by Gaétan were clear, with indications of the surrounding activities, markets and shops.

very welcoming accommodation, very well kept, very good bedding, everything is well thought out nothing is left to chance. inside and outside at the top. we spent a weekend with the children and small children (9) to water my retirement. young and old were delighted. I recommend this house for its calm and its location by the water. thank you
