Holiday rentals with a beach view in Conchas Chinas Beach

Amazing villa. Tons of space. We were a group of 6 but the villa can easily hold 10-12 if sharing beds. Description was accurate. Pool was immaculate and villa is very close to town and beach. Bede was very responsive and quick. Overall we had excellent stay and would highly recommend!

We stayed here for a family holiday. Very pleasant stay, walking distance to the town, clean and spacious. The maids visited everyday which helped keep the place nice and tidy with such a big group.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Sarah's property. The house was perfect and exactly as described. Sarah and her team were very responsive and flexible with us. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone staying in Sayulita.

We just got back from a week stay in Roberto’s beautiful home. It was two families - 3 children (ages 5, 7, 7) and 4 adults and we were so comfortable. The house is beautiful, the views incredible, the beds and linens so comfy, everything was so clean and just as described. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time in the pool and the hot tub and the adults enjoyed relaxing with the incredible view of the ocean and the town. We rented Roberto‘s Ranger for the week and another golf cart and were very glad we had these. Town is pretty close (about a 15-ish minute walk to the center…not a bad thing considering how crowded and noisy it is at night) but the driveway is steep and the ranger made navigating it easier. We took surfing lessons and went whale watching, but more than anything enjoyed long days on the beach watching surfers, while the kids played in the sand and surf. This week in Sayulita was a perfect reset to start 2024 and this house was the perfect jumping off point.

This villa was probably one of the best vacations we have ever had. My group was impressed with the entire experience from the beautiful location, to the concierge service to Rosario’s delicious cooking. Every request was granted with a smile and we felt like we were in paradise. The beach was easily accessible as was the complex pools and hot tubs. The sunsets were beautiful and we could even see whales from the unit while we were eating lunch. Don’t hesitate to book this place. We can’t wait to return! It was a good 50 minutes from the airport and we used a taxi. We did go to dinner once at Si Sushi via cab we reserved from the W next door which was a very easy process. They even picked us up at the villa entrance. Perfect trip!

Perfect condo for me, husband, + baby on our trip to PV. Easy walk down to the beach, nearby shops for essentials, lovely balcony! Rooftop with pool and hot tub was great - note that babies are not allowed in the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Laetitia's place is one of my favorites in Sayulita and I visit pretty regularly. Getting to the space is a short walk from town, but its an easy one and you don't have to worry about hills. If you know, you know. The unit itself was clean and spacious. AC worked great overnight and during the day we had the widows open to get a good breeze off the ocean through the unit. My husband and I have already booked one of Laetitia's other units for our next trip - this one was already booked.

We had a great stay. The location was quiet and a quick walk to the beach. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the pool. We would stay again

Pictures don't do this Penthouse justice. It's absolutely incredible! The Views are outstanding. No need for a sunset cruise, you can sit on the top deck or lower deck and get the best sunset you've ever seen. The private pool was bigger as well. Most are just tiny lap pools. Not this one. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is readily available. It's very spacious and well equipped. The beach is right out in front of the condo building with multiple spots to hang out. Town is super close. You can uber within minutes of whatever you want to do. Pablo was awesome to deal with. I texted him a few days before our arrival and everything we wanted was in the condo ready to go. Groceries, refreshments, you name it, and Pablo will have it ready for your arrival. He also set up transportation to and from airport and a fishing trip for the guys. The owner Clive even checked in on us a couple times to make sure everything was great. I would book again for sure!!!

The condo itself is beautiful, clean, well furnished, and very complete. We found everything we could’ve needed and felt very comfortable. Both the concierge Alfredo and our host Todd were very helpful and friendly (we especially appreciated the groceries being there before our arrival). The surroundings are gorgeous, private and very peaceful. The only downside is that it is a bit away from stores or supermarkets, but that is also what makes it such a peaceful place (plus, the beach club food makes up for the distance! So cheap and very good). We spent a great New Year’s eve, would definitely come back and recommend!

We had a *fantastic* stay at Casa Kimberly Dawn! The condo is very clean and stylish and has everything one might need for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is extremely comfortable. Starting the day sipping coffee on the wrap-around patio and taking in the morning view of Banderas Bay was fantastic. This is an amazing apartment and we hope to stay here again when we're back in PV.

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.
