We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. It’s also very peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host was incredibly accommodating, especially with our frequent headcount changes, and made sure everything went smoothly. The caretaker was very nice and helpful—he even offered to assist us in buying tube ice and charcoal for grilling, which we truly appreciated. We saw some previous reviews mention of smell of rust in the water, but it appears to be an issue from the water provider and is beyond the host’s control. That aside, everything else more than made up for it. The air conditioning worked great and kept the place cool despite the summer heat. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free escape. We’d love to come back again!

Highly recommended. Great location. Great in communication. Close to everything. Condo unit is well kept! Will check in again in the future. The only problem was the securities were not helpful. They were looking for a Guest Pass. Coming from abroad unaware, with no internet connection. Securities did not want to call the front desk to veirfy. It was really hot and told us we can’t go in. I had to pay for the wifi in order for me to get the guest pass from the site. Like I said, I was unaware of the policies and securities could have been more helpful.

We had a great time staying on Ms. Raylyn’s unit, even though we booked it on a last minute. It met our expectations and we appreciate how responsive she was with our inquiries. Lastly, who would’ve thought you’ll get free breakfast thay’s good for three pax? We did! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed at Miss Dreamie's place this Christmas and we enjoyed our stay there! Malinis yung place, it's near the stores, there's even a pharmacy near it, mababait din yung neighbors. It didn't feel awkward staying at Miss Dreamie's place kasi ang homey talaga ng vibe. Di crowded yung furniture and appliances, di rin mainit sa first floor. Fully airconditioned lahat ng rooms sa second floor which is nice. Miss Dreamie was also very helpful during our check in and she answers all my questions as well. ☺️🤗

This is hands down one of our favorite Airbnb stays! 🫶🏼 The unit was not only clean and beautifully designed, but also gave off such a relaxing and cozy vibe—we felt at ease the moment we walked in. It was the perfect spot to unwind and have fun, whether we were just lounging around, enjoying the amenities, or simply appreciating the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended! Apartment was clean and had everything we need like helpful QR codes posted on the wall to quickly access WiFi, ready tray of ice in the freezer (much appreciated due to hot summer day), trash bins in each room & both restrooms, good quality linens for a good night’s sleep, non slip rugs in kitchen and bath. It’s as if host anticipated everything we would need. Host is also very communicative and even apologized for pabasa sounds reaching where we are, but this is understandable being Holy Week. When I said that we are all seniors, we were warned that there are stairs to negotiate getting to the 2nd floor bedrooms but we were fine. The single beds in 2 of the bedrooms are low (only about 1 foot from the floor) so that was a bit of a challenge for this senior with knee pain. You need a ride (no walkable stores) to buy provisions so bring everything you need before check in. Otherwise, it was a very satisfying stay and good value for the price we paid

The place was really homey and near all the attractions especially the Korea Town with great restaurants to choose from and is only 5-10 minutes away by car. You can also use all the utilities, we did not cook but the kitchen is complete with appliances. The parking space can also fit at least 2 sedans. The neighborhood seems like its safe kasi may guard and cctvs, we also had a morning walk and it feels so peaceful around there. There are sari-sari stores around the area so if you forgot to bring a toothbrush, or want some cup noodles, you can buy it there too. We had brought our game console and it was also compatible with the television, wifi is fast too. The rooms were also enough to accommodate all of us and there would still be bed spaces to spare. The bathroom was really clean (which I am very sensitive with) and the water pressure was really strong too. Kookee was also very responsive to us as well. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you so much for accommodating us!!!

I absolutely loved this place! It’s quiet, cozy, and truly feels like home. The pool was a highlight for me and my partner—I thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is well-equipped with complete appliances and furniture, and the fast internet is a huge plus, especially for someone like me who works online. I highly recommend this place for remote workers looking for peace and quiet to recharge and combat burnout. It’s the perfect retreat. To top it off, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Mt. Arayat and explore nearby tourist spots. Dennis and Cecile are wonderfully accommodating hosts. Cecile, in particular, felt like a longtime friend—I know I’ll miss her warm personality and her delicious bilo-bilo!
