Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Concan

The home was perfect! Our home is under massive construction and we were trying to figure out what to do for the holidays with our 4 adult children and their partners coming in from various parts of the State. The home offered exactly what we needed to spend time together, relax in the hot tub, visit local restaurants and do some shopping. We even opened all of our presents there and they had a Christmas tree! That almost made me cry because we didn’t have a tree this year…it was truly wonderful. We felt right at home. So thankful!!!

What a great home. We arrive before Christmas only to find a Christmas tree in the living room and a wreath on the front door. Was a great touch. A perfect place to stay and feel so at home with all of the amenities and close to all.

We spent 5 days at the Riddle House and had a great stay. There was fantastic weather for early February, which allowed us to take full advantage of the back yard, including the hot tub and fire pit. We had our pooch with us, and she enjoyed the freedom of the huge fenced in yard. The riddle was fun and we found the hidden room. All in all, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the place clean on arrival. We had a minor issue after we arrived with the hot tub. We contacted Jourdan to describe the issue, and she had a maintenance person stop by within 45 minutes and he quickly got things right. Really appreciated the quick response. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place with a nice open floor plan. The backyard was big and the pool was heated. 10/10 would visit again!

My wife, her best friend, and our daughter had a girls night there for birthday. They loved it and want to go back ASAP!

The place is in a quiet neighborhood , we had a big group of 11 people (counting in kids) - the 1 night stay was peaceful and refreshing. Thanks Gabriel!

This was a perfect place for us when our family came together from all over for a Kerville wedding. It’s sort of three apartments: the main house with a king, queen and two double beds in three bedrooms and a nice kitchen; an upstairs to the converted garage with two bedrooms, and a downstairs to the garage with two bedrooms. In between was a great patio area with good shade and nice chairs for hanging out. Coffee in the mornings was lovely outside with lots of space.

Connor was very quick to respond with everything we needed help with. Loved looking out the window in the kitchen, so did my kids. Very beautiful, just really great stay recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our quick getaway! The apartment was so nice and I loved the amazing bathroom. We would love to come back.

Great stay! We were looking for a weekend getaway to celebrate Valentines/a birthday, and this place did not disappoint! The host was great and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the apartment was (shampoo, dishes, coffee, etc. ) It was a great location to enjoy downtown Kerrville and close enough to enjoy the vineyards of Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the River view and hot tub!

Bob and Patti were delightful hosts. We felt at home from the time we arrived to departure. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. All the details, from complementary coffee and water to a bounty of fresh towels and soaps, were thoughtfully provided. We plan to stay with them again when we next visit. Tres bien!

Great place to stay. Karolyn’s place was spotless and well-furnished. Bed was very comfortable. We wanted to visit Fredericksburg and San Antonio while in the Hill Country without staying in the city. Did both. Enjoyed Comfort as an added benefit.

This was a very spacious and comfortable stay for us. The rooms were spacious and it didn't feel cramped whatsoever. Host was very responsive and made sure we didn't have any issues upon arrival. If we had any questions, he was prompt to respond. Overall, the location was minutes away from the things we wanted to do and was in a quiet area. We loved it!

We were in San Antonio for a college playoff at the Alamodome. We loved the area: historic, quiet, walkable to bars and restaurants. Ray’s place is really comfortable and has lots of personality. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and enjoyed the breeze (December). Their place is near active train tracks, but a white noise app or their available standing fan at night helps drown the noise. The bedroom curtains keep the rooms dark in the morning.

Great place to stay in San Antonio. Very close to the River Walk and downtown area. Very spacious, and perfect size for 6 people to say in.

Rachel’s condo was very nice, we enjoyed our stay, and wish it could’ve been longer. The inside was laid out and designed absolutely darling it was warm and inviting fresh and clean new modern and very comfortable with all amenities. The outside patio fire table furniture TV grill was an added plus, Along with the complementary bottle of Beckers red wine, that was good.. It was also close to all the main street shops and restaurants. So glad we picked your condo, We enjoyed Fredericksburg. Thanks again, Colleen

Stayed while Dad was at nearby Methodist Hospital and it was perfecr for us. Very clean and well-equipped for our nearly two-week stay. Good communication and no issues while we stayed. All-in-all, a comfortable, safe, and convenient location!

This was my 3rd time staying with Akiko! It is literally the first place I check when visiting FBG. If there were more than 5 stars I’d give them!!

The apartment is easy to find and access was simple. The area was simple to find and less than 10 minutes from the hospital which is what we were there for. the kitchen had full sized appliances and a dining room to eat at. Every one of the 3 bedrooms were clean and designed in a modern way. Kitchen had pots, pans, and staples. Laundry room was clean and had detergent. Living room is cozy and warm. Traci was quick and concise with answers. They gave us answers before we even asked. Will return!

Just as advertised. A great stop at the end of a long travel day. Lovely, clean, modern condo. Easy parking. Comfortable king sized bed. I was so glad for the washer and dryer to do laundry before continuing on our trip. An easy drive down to the restaurants. Easy check in and check out!

Would come back here in a heartbeat. Once you get past the dorm-ish hallways, it feels like a super-private stay even though it's a large apartment building in the downtown (maybe midtown) area. The great view of the river and the balcony made it incredibly peaceful. Plenty of light coming in through the windows plus the cheery decor made it feel light and and welcoming. I appreciated things like the French press, tea kettle, and toaster in the well-appointed kitchen. Workspace perfect- a great spot get some work done, but also enjoy the view and take coffee breaks on the lovely balcony. Location awesome- you could explore a different restaurant or area every day, all walkable, for at least a week. Or, if you want to veg and watch movies, there are two giant TVs. It's kind of an area in transition, so it doesn't feel too crowded, but still feels safe. New stuff popping up all the time... like the new food hall, Make Ready, literally across the parking lot. Loved it, thanks!

We had a fantastic time. Condo was beautiful and very well maintained. Close to town and local wineries. We will definitely stay again. Mark was a wonderful host.
