I would give this place 10 starts if I could! What a beautiful and peaceful place that Philippe has decided to share with the world. It is private and quiet and has many different places to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The sweet small town close by is worth visiting to get some fresh bread or anything else you might need. Everyone was very friendly. Granada and the Alhambra is a short drive away as well as the gorgeous mountains of the Guejar Sierra for a hike. Philippe is a wonderful host like no other and will make sure you feel at home. He will answer any questions and give you plenty of suggestions to help plan your stay. If you do stay at El Lecero make sure to make your way to the lake from the house. It's super worthwhile<3. Philippe will tell you how to get there ;)

Antonio's cortijo is just perfect! Very large, quiet and with a great view. Well located close to the highway and 15 minutes from a small town with all services. The accommodation offers much more than what is explained in the description: indoor bbq, amenities for paella, plancha, ... basically, it's perfect for cooking for groups of friends/family. There are also board games, a bluetooth speaker, ... The rooms are very well insulated from noise. It was such a pleasure to come and celebrate the new year at this old farmhouse.

Joaquín is a great host. There was no problem, the house is phenomenal to spend a few days near Almeria and the communication was excellent

Wonderful place that oozes peace and quiet. It is as shown in the pictures, even nicer. We had three fantastic nights. The area is super nice and gives rise to great walks. Also, the house is so beautiful and so tidy that she wants to stay there all your life. The directions to us that the owner gave us were accurate and adequate, making us, even at night, we could find the place perfectly. We would recommend your stay.

Tastefully decorated and very cozy traditional house. Cristina always available and attentive. The first day the house was cold and within 5 minutes of telling him he came to change the program of the radiators and the problem was fixed. In winter it is necessary to turn on the fireplace, as the temperature drops a lot at night. We had a great time. Beautiful and peaceful town. Highly recommended.

located in the area of the promenade of the wall, you can park it is a large block, of many apartments, the apartment is an interior duplex, the name "viewpoint of antonio machado" can give rise to misunderstandings, it has no view, the windows on the ground floor face an interior patio and the mansards upstairs face the roofs, in the distance, above the roofs, you see the top of some mountains, there are no more views the apartment is a duplex, downstairs: kitchen, living room and a small bathroom, upstairs bedrooms and the main bathroom has coffee machine nespresso and smart tv the living room is spacious, could be bigger if they had integrated the kitchen and the staircase, the kitchen is independent but a little narrow, it would have been better integrated into the living room with a bar or the like, the same as the staircase, which is somewhat narrow enclosed between partitions, an open staircase to the living room would have been better summary: TOTALLY RECOMMENDED

Baeza is a great mountain-top town - offering great views of the valleys + historic monuments. The people are VERY friendly. Rafael is a warm and welcoming host, and a polite person. The apartment is accurately described - clean & modestly appointed; adequate for a family of 4. The building is mostly quiet throughout the day. Some neighbors can get a bit noisy late in the evening / night. If you're staying here, be prepared to have your cellphone's flashlight handy at all times: the building is relentless in its effort to save electricity. The hallway/stairway lights stay on for no more than 30 seconds, and you can be left in total darkness in the midst of an arcane maze of stairways and hallways. The lights in the garage seem to go off in about 2 minutes - again leaving you in total darkness. I wish the building had invested in motion-sensor lights. Thank goodness for Rafael - because I would have never gotten to the apartment without him.

Valérie is a good hostess,always smiling and available for any questions that arise.The house is fairytale,clean,cared for and gives off energy according to her.The environment is wonderful,the views,how careful everything is,the sound of the water that runs through the whole place full of chestnuts,walnuts and olive trees.We will definitely repeat again .

Sue's house is an experience for its charm, location, amenities, and tranquility. If you want a place to be quiet, this is the place. The opportunity that provides the location of the house (ancient enclave of an Andalusian cortijo) gives the stay a generous idea of “then” life. Its small and beautiful villages give you everything you need. And the clean nights of “light pollution” gave us the opportunity to watch the starry sky like never before and watch the Milky Way dimly. Definitely a joy

A magical experience at Casa Rural, Jerez del Marquesado What a wonderful stay we had here! From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt welcome. The hostess, Encarna, is incredibly sweet and caring. When we experienced some noise nuisance from upstairs neighbors with dogs barking in our first apartment, she came right by and offered us another cottage without hesitation. Really a top service! The cottage itself is wonderfully authentic and cozy. One of the most beautiful surprises was the babbling water flowing along and even under the cottage – a soothing sound that makes the whole experience even more special. And then the view... breathtaking! You overlook the beautiful snowy peaks of the Sierra Nevada, a view that you won't soon forget. The area is fantastic to explore, with plenty of nature and beautiful hiking trails. In addition, it is nice that you have a private parking space, which is well secured and where you can charge your electric car in no time.

We were looking for a quiet location in a nice area : the house that Bea and Daniël offered answered dar 100%. A beautiful, modern house with all amenities. In addition, Bea and Daniel were very friendly hosts who welcomed us warmly upon arrival and responded very quickly if we had a question during our stay. In short : recommended. The surroundings of El Pinar are particularly beautiful, especially if you enjoy hiking and excursions. The coast is not far(15 minutes by car to Garrucha) and a stone's throw away you will find beautiful villages like Bedar and Mojacar. And for those who drive an electric car like us: at barely 5 km there is a fast charger (60 Kwh) available (on the camiping in Los Gallardos)
