Stag Cottage is such a gem in the wonderful village of Burley. Cindy is an excellent host - friendly, informative and responsive. From checking availability to checking out, the information from Cindy was so helpful. The cottage is cosy and has everything you could need - lots of lovely little touches which make you feel very welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hosts were helpful from the moment we booked our stay. We were given clear instructions on where to arrive and were greeted as soon as we pulled into the carpark. They explained all the necessary information and answered all of our questions and were very helpful. They were always available if we had any queries and gave plenty of local recommendations for food and activities. We would 100% recommend and would be more than happy to book again.

Peaceful setting amongst an active horse stables, with hot tub, big beds and an open fire. The kitchen has plenty of utensils although could use some nicer glasses for enjoying good wine. Recommend to other groups and families, but suggest bringing extra blankets in the colder months

The cottage was a lovely private space to spend some cozy days with friends. The hosts had prepared everything we needed, and included clear instruction cards around the property.

The Bothy was exactly as described, a perfect little cottage with everything you would need from the moment you arrive. The bed was extremely comfortable, the hot tub was fantastic and we loved the location of the cottage; so many lovely walks right on the door step. We will definitely be booking again and are so pleased we found the Bothy! Thank you Chrissy for being the best host too!

Neil was a great and flexible host. We based ourselves in the Airbnb over Christmas and he made a special effort to make it feel festive, with a Christmas tree and decorations. On arrival he came to welcome us and show us how the stove and hot tub worked. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable and everything done to a high standard. Directions to the cottage were 100 % easy to follow. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay, everything was exactly as in the photos if not better. We loved the log fired hot tub, and the stylish, modern interior. The bed was super comfortable, and all the furnishings were extremely luxurious. Winchester was only 20 mins away by Uber, and we enjoyed a lovely meal at the Ivy on Saturday night. All in all a fabulous weekend.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Plenty of space. We travelled in February and the weather was cold - there was plenty of hot water and the heating kept us warm. Perfect for a family - it allowed us to be together because there’s a big table and lots of sofa space. But it also gave us space for a bit of quiet time - the bedrooms are a good size so the teenager could chill out by themselves. It worked well for us

we loved our stay at manor farm. the house was a treasure trove of beautiful old beams, and architectural features and fun stuff for kids and adults alike. I loved cooking on the aga and playing the piano! way bigger than expected and such a lovely peaceful location. we didn't want to leave

The air bnb was amazing, open planned, spacious, clever design, nice log fire, quiet location well equipped. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks again from Tim and Gemma

Just returned from a few nights stay with my husband and my dog. The cottage is lovely and in a beautiful area. We enjoyed a long walk at Studland beach, would highly recommend. Ian was a great host and very responsive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the use of the coal fire after a long and wet walk on the South Coast path right from the doorstep. The village is very quiet and peaceful. We also had a great meal at the Black Swan Inn in Swanage, which is recommended in Ian's welcome book. Biscuits and dog treats were a lovely gesture too!

Such a lovely, cozy cottage. Everything from start to finish was great. It was all decorated and furnished very nicely, with everything you need. The cottage was spotless and were delighted & grateful with our welcome basket and fridge goodies. We were left to our privacy to enjoy our break and self check in which we prefer but, we also bumped into Ruth returning from her dog walk which was nice. Ruth was very warm, friendly and happy to have a chat. We would love to come back some time and have recommended to friends/family. Thank you Ruth x

This is a lovely place in the middle of the Isle of Wight making it handy for whenever the day takes you. It has beautiful views over the adjacent field of wild flowers and sheep. What a beautiful sight to wake up to!

Spacious, very comfortable cottage in a beautiful estate in the New Forest, with wildlife all around you. Perfect location from which to explore the area. Sandra welcomed us on arrival and provided a lot of useful information.

This is a very charming hatched cottage/house. The pictures don't do it justice as its even better once you arrive. Finding the house was fun as it didn't quite come up the the GPS but once we did we couldn't believe this was where we would be staying! We then spent the first 20 minutes literally exploring the house, finding all the many bathrooms, and just saying 'wow'! The kitchen is brilliant: 6 burner hob and two ovens, plus two sinks in the middle 'island'. Dining room table is absolutely massive and perfect for playing the many board games stored in the lounge. There are some nice paths behind the house that are fun to walk and there is plenty to do in the area: close to Romsey and Salisbury and also the New Forest (we are into geocaching so had a blast!). Overall we had a fantastic stay and I'd highly recommend this to anymore considering it.

Lucy is a brilliant host, very responsive and friendly too. The cottage is in a great location and it's easy to get to the local shops and restaurants. Parking is easy and the cottage has everything you need and more. It's a lovely place to stay.
