We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for everyone we had. We have family that live close and we believe we just found the spot where we will stay everytime we visit!

From my wife Abigail: This little nest provided an overnight spot for my sister and I and our girls that we were grateful for, as we had trouble finding something available for our spur of the moment little shopping trip. We were packed in there fairly tight, but made some good memories🤩 We got there late and really appreciated that our host went over and set up the cots and made up the beds!

Inga is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts we have ever had in all our years of Airbnb. She ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of this listing cannot be beat - less than 10 minutes walk along quiet residential streets to the heart of downtown Fairfield. Trees surround the property, there is a double hammock in the garden and access to the outdoors is easy. We were extremely comfortable, everything we needed was at our disposal. Thank you, Inga, for making this a standout visit.

Thankful we found this house to stay for Thanksgiving! The house was clean and a good size. The sun room was PACKED with the best games for the kids and adults to stay busy (it was very cold outside during our stay) foosball, air hockey, darts, tons of board games, tv in every room, lots of blankets. The host was also very generous to stock essentials in case we forgot, like toothbrushes, shampoo, lotions, etc. the kitchen had lots of sugar, flour, coffee, etc (I feel like that’s rare at an Airbnb). We also had a winter view of the Mississippi River. 100% will stay here again.

A very nice and clean little cabin with amazing views of the river. Everything we needed to cook meals, the heater was perfect to warm the house. Very comfortable, exactly as described! We would recommend to friends and would like to stay again.

Great getaway! Tucked away just outside Iowa City, this cabin offers modern touches, privacy, and comfort. Our host Taylor was incredibly responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

This is our second stay at this location while visiting family. It is clean, well equipped and way better than any hotel in town. We will happily stay here again when in town.

Val's home was very clean. She was upfront about expectations. Price was very acceptable. We would stay there again and highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay in that area.

Tony and the Droptine Cottage is my preferred place to stay if visiting in SE Iowa. Using it as a hunting lodge for myself and another, it was perfect for the two of us to have our shared space and private space. Great place!
