Holiday houses in Columbia Cross Roads

Great location, clean and spacious. Parking in driveway and off-street right in front. Wonderful coffee shop at the end of the block. Very comfortable beds although the mattress liner made a crunchy/squeaky sound when you rolled over. The early morning church bells across the street were quaint and fitting for a town this size. Easy walk to the Glen, restaurants, etc. The listing does not include showering soap, shampoo/conditioner, or coffee/tea so be sure to pack or purchase these and any food items you need. The nearby grocery store was great. A minimal amount of hand soap and tissues was at the house. There was an assortment of dried herbs but no oil. One soap pod for the washing machine and two for the dishwasher were provided for our 4-day stay. Lots of pots/pans, great knives, etc. in the wonderful kitchen which includes a neat waterspout right over the stove! If you want a clean, spacious, convenient place to stay in Watkins Glen, this is it!

Great place to stay up in Northeast PA while visiting some family for the holidays while traveling from Maine. The apartment was clean, open, very comfortable and super warm even on the zero-degree night we spent there. Shower nice and steamy too!Host was very responsive. Place was easy to get access into upon arrival. Front deck and access to docks/kayaks in summer would be pretty awesome I would imagine. Grotto Pizza is right next door. Dallas highway right around corner. Myself, my wife, our 5 year old son and our baby girl were all quite comfy there for 3 nights and we even entertained a few family members as well. I can’t recommend this place enough .

Had a last-minute business trip to Watkins Glen, and all of the decent hotels had limited availability. This place was perfect. We found a restaurant right down the street and ate there both nights. Dunkin Donuts was almost directly across the street, so we didn't even bother with the coffee maker in the morning. Hot tub was a nice bonus on the 2nd night!

Beautiful spacious home with a beautiful setting. it was our second time staying here and both times were for my girlfriends birthday. Our hosts went above and beyond to make it a special occasion both times. in the evening you could watch the deer in the yard. and of course the large hot tub was great too. The home had almost everything you could imagine needing.

Joe's place suited our needs perfectly! We travel with 2 small dogs, and our host was extremely welcoming. Joe was most accommodating to our needs, and his responses to our questions were always warm and lightning fast. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and we look forward to coming back!

This was my family's third stay with Deb. As with prior visits, everything was perfect. There isn't anything that you could possibly need during your visit that hasn't been tucked away somewhere in this rental for your use. The generous and wide array of breakfast and snack items provided is absolutely the cherry on top. As if they could improve on the outdoor amenities, we enjoyed their new patio furniture this visit, and noticed a couple new lawn games. Our daughter has two more years in Ithaca's PT program, so looking forward to returning several more times in the future!

Beautiful home in a peaceful, private location. We were so comfortable and felt right at home! The large open concept kitchen and living room were perfect for family cooking and visiting. Incredibly comfortable reclining couches in the living room. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening, in the screened in gazebo. Perfect Airbnb for a fall get away! Sky High Chalet is a beautiful retreat close to town and all that Wellsboro has to offer. This location offers stunning Mountain views and outstanding stargazing opportunities. Host is fantastic, incredibly responsive, and provides additional information to explore town and the surrounding nature trails and Grand Canyon of the East.

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was easy, and the space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Their home was incredibly welcoming and making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was beautiful and the home had thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. What I truly appreciated was the host’s flexibility with a later check-out time, which made my departure much more convenient. It’s little things like this that make a great host even better! House is very clean, secluded and quiet ! Will book again in the summer if able

An awesome find! We loved visiting and will visit again on another vacation. The place was clean and neat. The beds are very comfortable. The view was stunning and the privacy was exactly what we were looking for. We saw deer, plenty of fish and some turkeys and squirrels hanging around. The place was so peaceful and relaxing. Mandy was an excellent host and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The cupboards were stocked with snacks and plenty of essentials. Pickleball in the driveway was a fun bonus that we had not considered. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place to be. Looking forward to another visit.
