Come and stay in our beautiful guesthouse in Ghent, upstate NY. Relax and rejuvenate. Hike our private trail in the woods, grill up some food, and chill with a book by the pond... Enjoy the countryside! Go explore cute towns such as Hudson, Chatham and Great Barrington. PLEASE NOTE: My husband and I are both fully vaccinated for Covid-19. We are located on U.S. Route 9. It is a well traveled, main road but close to everything! It is peaceful but not quiet. Brought back from the original bnb boarding days of the 19th century is our 1 bedroom top floor apartment located on a peaceful country road 15 minutes from downtown Hudson or Red Hook. You can still see the original numbers of the old boarding house on the doors! The house is surrounded by 12 acres of fields and forest that we welcome you to explore. Welcome to "The Tiny" at The Hemptons in Upstate New York! The not-so-tiny house is 400sf with plenty of space to stretch out. Each of the two bedroom lofts have a comfy queen bed on a low profile frame. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking (read: Not good for Thanksgiving, but perfectly suited for standard cooking endeavors). Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate service animals due to the health risk it poses it the owners.
