This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

We had a wonderful stay at Breanna’s apartment in Santa Ana. The space was perfect for our short visit, especially with our little 3-month-old. The apartment was modern and well-equipped, making it comfortable for our family. Even though we didn’t have a cot there was plenty of room. Amenities One of the highlights of our stay was the hot tub, which provided a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring. Additionally, the grilling areas were fantastic for cooking meals together, and we appreciated having access to a gym on-site. These amenities truly enhanced our experience and made it feel like a home away from home. Communication Issues My only complaint would be regarding communication with Breanna. After we checked in, her responses were a bit slow. We faced an issue with Wi-Fi access that lasted for one day, and unfortunately, we didn’t receive a follow-up response about another inquiry we had. While this did cause some inconvenience, it didn’t overshadow the overall stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at the tiny apartment. Justin was great at communicating and accommodating our needs. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Cici’s place was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed our stay while awaiting our move into our new home after the Eaton Fire destroyed our home in Altadena, CA. Cici was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and giving us additional time for check out. The only issues we had were the low-seat couch and the firmness of the mattresses in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Other than that, we were thankful Cici’s place was available and we appreciate her accommodating us during this very difficult time. Cici communicated very well and was responsive to our questions and requests. This is definitely a place to stay when visiting the Glendora area or for a ‘staycation’. I highly recommend it!

Mohamad responded within 5 minutes every time we contacted him and was extremely accommodating. The facility was new as described. Also it was located 5 minutes from a Walmart Supercenter and other essential stores. Highly recommend this facility if you want an easy and comfortable getaway.

This little house is just as described. It's not a fancy neighborhood, but it was very clean, quiet, and the second bedroom has two full/queen beds which was nice for our short family visit. There are no extras, like greeting gifts, or a coffee station, but that's not what we needed, and it was very affordable.

From the moment I checked in to the morning I checked out, this little hidden gem was awesome. A little different from your typical Air BnB on the outside, but on the inside, it feels like home. Every detail was well-thought out and there were helpful signs and a binder that addressed any concerns one might have. I had everything I needed the entire time and the host was friendly and always responded in a timely manner. Would stay here again. Would recommend this place and host!

We reserved this place for my grandparents when they had to evacuate because of the recent fires in California. This spot was perfect because it is close to our home so we were able to check in on them frequently. The house is pretty much all one level, which made it easy for them to navigate. The host was quick to respond and even let us check in early. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy the La Verne area!

Lovely stay at Amanda’s place - great location to walk to local restaurants- we were visiting the Fairplex and again so close to get there. House is cosy and warm- Amanda was great in putting on lights and heating as we were delayed and got there late. I loved staying here. The place is super comfortable and extremely clean. This is probably the cleanest air bnb i’ve stayed in. The host was super attentive throughout our stay and she made the process feel super easy. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Great spot! Safe neighborhood, and walkable to downtown La Verne. We loved walking around the neighborhood and grabbing coffee. The home was extremely well cared for and had everything we needed. We loved our stay!

Our stay at Annie's air bnb was excellent. We stayed here as a family visiting SoCal for the holidays and everything was fantastic. The home was clean and pristine with all the amenities needed for showering, cooking small meals and sleeping three kids comfortably. The area was quiet and private. Located right off the 60 freeway so travel was easy. Annie was very responsive and kind. I've stayed at many Airbnb's and this is one I'd gladly stay again in.

Stay was very comfortable and looked just as the pictures described. Nice quiet community, a few minor issues, but all-in-all, a good deal for what we paid!

Jeffrey was a wonderful host!!! We stayed in a beautiful little loft-esque apartment in a very quiet and serene neighborhood. Was a 20 minute drive to the Toy Story parking lot and an easy trip to & from! Lots of space for our group of 5 girls. Jeffrey was very responsive and flexible with our late check-in. We would love to pick this spot to stay for future trips!!!
