Great stay, everything we needed, even had a bidet.

One of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! Decorated beautifully, spotless clean, and the beds are SO comfortable. Awesome shower (and towels, I’m not kidding I ordered a set for myself!), and lots of space. Cant say enough good things, would definitely come back any time I’m in town!

This place was everything I needed. It was super clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The garage was clutch—it made coming and going so easy. The location worked perfectly, and everything was exactly as described. I’d stay here again. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fort Austin. This was a perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Tim was very friendly and he even made a fire for all his guests the last night that we were staying there. I can't wait to go back to Fort Austin and relax with the serene views and mountain alpenglow. This is an absolute gem and a perfect place to escape for the week or weekend. Thanks Tim!

Exceeded expectations. The hosts thought of everything. So many amenities. So much charm. Everything was clean and lush. We used the fireplace inside, the firepit, hot tub, and lights outside, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Not a single issue with anything. No guesswork. Instructions were detailed and easily available. I stay in a lot of airbnbs all over the world, and this one was the best I've experienced. Highly recommend.

Samuel was an amazing host. I was traveling with 4 kids on a Spring Break trip ages 10 through 17. Samuel was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. Looking at the calendar now to book our next stay at The BlueBerry House!

Super easy to find. Lots of parking for my trailer as we move. Stores and coffee super close. Not too far from the freeway. Tons of extra toiletries and items you may have forgotten.

Wow! Our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and 3 dogs had the BEST time. The house is right near the cute downtown area and about a mile from the Argo Mine. We spent time shopping and eating downtown, went on the mine tour, and drove up to Echo Lake for a hike. All awesome! The kitchen had so many great appliances and dishware which was amazing because we cooked a big dinner one of the nights and we grilled out on the back deck. Also well stocked with kid friendly dishes. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the upstairs area we fit two pack n plays and 2 adults sleeping up there. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend for a family friendly weekend!

Nice property. Great for our stay and a lovely place to rest up after a long drive. Our dogs really appreciated the great yard. The house was very comfortable, well-stocked and extremely clean. We would definitely book again if we are passing through the area.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from their warm welcome to their prompt responses to any questions. The house itself was fantastic – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Sam was able to accommodate my friends and I on short notice after another Airbnb reservation cancelled. Location is close to Meow Wolf, Ball Arena, and the famous Casa Bonita. All of which we went to. The home is cute and cozy. The main issue we dealt with was the water pressure in the shower being too high/strong. Which may be the reason why the hot water didn’t last long. Which may be a problem if you have multiple guests with you. This is more of “winter/early spring” concern but the private room on the main floor was cooler than the rest of the home. With that said I would still recommend and consider staying here again if I were to return to Denver.

We had a great stay! Everything was just as shown in the images, and it was within a 10 minute walk to numerous shops and restaurants.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

Cute place. Close and walkable to Odgen and Filmore venues for concerts. Park Ave tacos next door was a good spot with good tacos. Excellent little private rooftop with hot tub that hit the spot.

Been lucky enough to stay for 6 weeks in Karen’s excellent apartment. Karen was super quick at responding to any questions we had and was always friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect - great location, within easy walking distance of Bear Lot (and the buses to the ski lifts). Local buses (all free) picked up right outside. The area/apartment was super quiet too. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures - really good lay out, plenty of space (and storage) and really comfortable - we settled in very easily. Thank you Karen for an excellent stay. We’d definitely recommend your place.
