Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Colorado River

I highly recommend this property, very spacious, spotless clean and beautiful surroundings. Casita and hot tube are a Big + We enjoyed it to the max. Lots of fun things to do on the property itself. Will definitely book again!

Had a great weekend stay with friends at Chastain Haus!!! The home had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. It was close to many places of interest and the neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of room and the king beds were a plus!!!

A lovely home in an excellent location. Renovated with all the upgrades in a location you can't beat. Easy walking to the Pearl, CIA & the Riverwalk. This home is spacious, loads of amenities and some extra touches to make it special. Plenty of plugs with both standard and USB outlets. Easily understood labels on switch plates, appliances and the fabulous master shower. Literally steps from the Riverwalk and the Pearl, and yet SO quiet. Felt completely safe and enjoyed it immensely.

Really enjoyed our stay. Did some hiking, shopping and going out to eat. Was really looking forward to having an outside fire but there was a burn ban due to drought conditions. That's not the owners fault. My grandson's really enjoyed the hot tub!

A great stay overall. Our crew was a family with adult children, and this was a perfect space for that. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and multiple decks were nice (they could use refinishing though). Great views of the hill country and good proximity to town. Even with steep hills, the neighborhood was nice for walking. The rooms and space were as described. Overall clean but we did have an issue with some bedsheets. However, the response was immediate, apologetic, and was resolved. We used the grill while we were there and it worked just fine. One thing to note is the sound of the floors. If you're in one of the downstairs rooms and there is activity in the kitchen and living room above, you will hear it. Not much can be done about that, just a note for light sleepers. Should I be in the Canyon Lake area with a group, I would stay again.

I have zero complaints. This trip was with girl friends, but I can’t wait and am looking forward to coming back to Morgan’s house again with my husband and daughters.

We will be back for our annual event! Felt like a home away from home;) Axel was so communicative and helpful. Even when we were having a slight issue, he sent a handyman over right away to make us feel comfortable and valued. We appreciate you so much! See you next year!

Such a nice peaceful place nestled in beautiful trees. The house is extremely private and perfect for a quiet getaway!

I have never been able to stay at such a beautiful, enchanting accommodation at such a great price point! The entire property is like stepping into a dream and the villa itself is unreal. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and greenery are incredible! Check in and out are easy and their welcome binder makes every villa process easy to figure out. Barbara is such a kind, phenomenal host who I cannot say enough good things about! The property manager is wonderful as well. They are absolutely the heart of this place! It is so clear that this is a labor of love and I am so grateful for having the chance to have spent just over a week here. There is even a book with local recommendations for guests! I highly recommend this villa for any person or group and am already looking at return possibilities to see how soon my best friend and I are able to come back. We had the best trip of our lives!

We loved staying in this place!! Home was clean, clutter free and BEAUTIFUL. Villa amenities were awesome and such a friendly environment , very homey. We will be staying again!

FCM's property was a great family place to stay. The accommodations are nicer than the photographs, the bedrooms and common areas are clean and comfortable, and the property is set against a beautiful Hill Country backdrop. The host was responsive, checked in on us a few times during our stay, and offered local recommendations. The value of the property exceeded the price we paid.

We had a really nice stay with our family over the holidays. The home is beautiful, is furnished nicely, and has a great kitchen. The backyard was really beautiful and has a nice pool and hottub. The only downside we experienced was some water heating and pressure issues - the shower running heavily affected the water pressure in other parts of the house like the kitchen sink or the other shower. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

My wife and I had a great time. The accommodations were impeccable. The Villa is relaxing and stress free. It’s a great place to get away and enjoy nature. We can’t wait to go back. The only thing, my wife wants me to buy her a donkey now. 5 Stars!!!

This was our 2nd time staying at Sandi’s place and just like the 1st time we had a good time. There’s so much to do on the property (for all ages). The host are super nice and friendly and you discover something new every time you visit. Much larger in person than in photos! Very clean. So beautiful and cozy for a couples getaway. Tucked away on a hill. Has everything you need for a weekend. Blue Hole has some of the prettiest water we’ve ever seen. Cant wait to come back in the Spring! We found plenty of firewood in the entrance to the cabins area. some great Oak and Mesquite! Bring gloves to gather wood if you don’t bring your own — lots of spiders and country bugs outside in the brush. We loved the native plants in the garden and the fossilized rocks up front. Check out Pioneer Towns Country Boy Museum! It’s like time traveling to the 1800’s. Very magical little town, Wimberley. We loved it.

100% would recommend staying here. It’s really clean and super quiet, definitely a great spot if you just want to relax and enjoy the stay. It’s great that it’s so close to the grocery store and the city isn’t super far either but far enough to where it feels peaceful. Loved it!

Super cozy tiny home very well decorated and even had toothbrushes ready which came in really handy as well as other basic household items. Location was great had a fun time just shooting down cans in the back yard from the porch and enjoying the hot tub, going for a walk and enjoying the constant sounds of birds which never got old. Would definitely stay again.

The woodshed was great! We will definitely be back. Host was great and very communicative. hot tub was the main reason we stayed there. Very much enjoyed our time here . The pictures don’t do this place justice- it’s beautiful and so is the area. If this available -book it, you won't regret it!

Very nice and cozy cabin, we really enjoyed our stay and my favorite part was the view plus the hot tub. Very close to canyon lake and about a 30/40 minute drive to Wimberley. Overall a great choice for a getaway.
