Holiday rentals with a patio in Colomitos Beach

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was clean, bright, and nestled in a beautiful tropical garden that felt like our own private paradise. The bed was super comfy, and the quiet surroundings made for a truly relaxing getaway. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to lots of neighborhood markets and restaurants. The property felt very secure, which gave us great peace of mind. Shari was warm, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful, even taking us to the grocery store to help us settle in. She was present and available whenever needed but never intrusive and we loved that her dog would come and spend time with us :) We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this little slice of paradise to anyone! We can't wait to come back!

The location is very safe and quiet. Very clean and it had everything we could possibly need. We had a little issue but Cuauhtemoc was on it and had someone come out right away! Definitely will be coming back :)

If this unit is available, do yourself a favor and book it! The unit is lovely, the balcony view is fantastic, and the rooftop pool is absolute paradise. The unit is professionally managed, and we had great communication and responsiveness from their team. The pool service includes towel service, excellent drinks and food, at prices comparable to what you would expect in the U.S. We always felt safe in the building, and the location is walkable to everything. Fantastic unit!!!

It's a very well located apartment, excellent host service, very nice from start to finish, very clean and in good condition, we loved it without thinking about it we would return ! 🙌🏼

the condominium was exactly as described . We met Asminda to give us a quick orientation and property tour. the floor to ceiling doors are wonderful to open up in the evening no air conditioning required.. the local produce in the morning which is delivered on pickup trucks from local farms is amazing.. Get a good cellular plan and download Google translate engage the wonderful community. there's an athletic field 5 minute walk west of the property. the entire community comes out in the evening and exercise.... comes out here. make new friends.. the rooftop patio watching sunsets was a highlight. heated pool . we had a perfect stay and we will come back and recommend this to our friends. $10 Uber you're at Costco $10 Uber downtown you don't need a car.. the people in the neighborhood are so inviting. we hope to return in April of this year.

Excellent accommodation for 2 people. Very comfortable, clean and well stocked. We always felt very safe. The owner was very responsive to our questions, requests. Excellent rooftop patio with excellent bar-b-que - lots of room to sit and large table for eating. The only negative about the unit was the noise from the highway (which we got used to) and the restaurant across the street that played music until all hours of the morning. However, the bedroom was towards the back of the unit so the music did not disturb our sleep but earplugs would help if you’re a light sleeper. All in all we really enjoyed our stay there!

An excellent place, very nice, private, it is ideal for resting, the other apartments were reserved by very quiet people. Having access to the restaurant of the place while you meet Bucerias helps you a lot! The apartment is super equipped, very comfortable and has everything you need to think about living there for an extended time. It is very close to the beach and close to supermarkets. They give you the best tips and recommendations of the place. Beach umbrellas, towels and chairs lend you to make your stay as easy as possible! We stay with our pet and an infant. Thank you Tom and Felipe for being great hosts !

We very much enjoyed our time in Boca and the accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Kiri was a very responsive host and stayed in touch at every turn. We had some WiFi issues (common in the area) and Kiri kept us informed. She was also very helpful with local recommendations.

We have such a good time staying here! The view was beautiful, the pool was perfect, and the location was just removed enough from the excitement of PV. The house is beautifully decorated. We ended up spending most of our vacation at the home because of the incredible ambiance. It has so much charm and character. We will absolutely be staying here again. The walk down into Zona Romántica was very easy and quick. It’s a big hill, but still accessible for going up and down. We often took an uber back up from the city center. The host was very communicative and responsive. We accidentally locked ourselves out on a Friday night, and he was there within minutes to let us back in. We were really grateful. Overall we felt welcomed and had a beautiful vacation thanks to this airbnb. Highly recommended!

Beautiful spacious condo, we can't wait to be back !

This is our second stay at Avida and our new favorite condo there! Everything was fantastic, nice working A/C, pristine furniture and design, secure space + building, nice appliances + TVs in each room. Every day we made friends on the rooftop. In the winter, Avida’s rooftop gets some of the best sun of all rooftops. Wonderful bed (the second bed is Murphy bed in living room, but there are 2 bathrooms). The WiFi does not work well in the bedroom. Will stay again!

The apartment is very cute , comfortable and cozy. The common areas (pool, jacuzzi, terrace) are very pleasant and enjoyable. It has a privileged view of the sea and a great location as it is close to the boardwalk, marina , restaurants , cafes. Tanya was a very good host since she was clear, practical and very attentive. We would definitely go back to such a beautiful place.

I had so much fun I extended my stay. Loved the space and the rooftop pool with an amazing view. Lots to do in walking distance. Sergio was a great host. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Clean, quiet place right by all the action, and just 5 blocks from the beach. The building keycards weren’t available during my stay, but Roger was able to help us borrow one from the front desk with our ID. I hope they fix that. The air conditioners were a little annoying, but it’s like that everywhere in Mexico and was expected. The gym was a great size for a vacation stay, and super convenient- right on this unit’s floor. I’d stay here again.

Maraya was able to host my mom and I on such short notice. It was perfect for our one night stay due to a cancelled flight. The airbnb is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The apartment exceeded our expectations, the kitchen and dining room are in an open and spacious area with large windows, it has another dining room and another outside room on the balcony. The pool is very large. The beds are super comfortable, you go to sleep well. This place is perfect if you are looking to rest, many times the pool was alone and we were the only ones.
