The stay was excellent, comfortable and very pleasant, as outlined in the description; however, it is very important to bring mosquito repellent since it is a green area, it is normal for mosquitoes to be there. After all, everything meets and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended

Vanessa’s earthstay was nothing short of peaceful and nourishing. My partner and I were surrounded by peace, quiet and magical night stars. Also the wind was a wonderful mosquito repellent- I didn’t have to add deet once. The architecture is beautiful and feels like home the moment you’re in. I loved that everything was open concept so we can take in the natural light and fresh air at all times. Very grateful for this place and will definitely come back!

Absolutely magical. If you like a peaceful, quiet, and private place to spend a couple nights away from the busi-ness of the city, this is it. Haven't slept as good as I did there since i was a worry free child. A 10 min hike leads you to a cool river with fresh water from the mountain with barely a critter to be seen; another direction takes you to a high vantage point to see the beauty of countryside Antioquia. Jairo and Monica are absolutely wonderful hosts, ready to provide for your every need with a smile on their faces. Always an interesting conversation with those 2. I didnt find a bad restaurant in sight (because, of course, colombian food is amazing), however, Monica's breakfasts were the best. The place is furnished with the hard work of both Jairo and Monica, from the decorations, to the art, to the construction, to the gardening. They have not only created a beautiful place to stay, but are a very inspirational couple. Highly recommend anyone to stay in this location.

We loved the place, it is a magical place full of love everywhere in every detail of the house, its spaces, its contribution to the environment, a different place to connect with nature with an exclusive design. The hosts are beautiful people full of service, love and kindness. We 100% recommend it, we spent a very happy new year and birthdays, with the peace and quiet of this beautiful place, we felt like family and at home with such great company and service from Jairo and Moni, we took them in our hearts. Stayed for 3 weeks after traveling and it was just perfect! Perfect distance from Villa to be in nature but within a 15 min car ride to the city center. So peaceful and the house had everything it needed. The host was also amazing and super helpful with so many things! Would deff come back!

An amazing place to connect with nature and recharge. It is designed to enjoy to the fullest without the need to go out a lot, which makes it perfect for a quiet getaway. Being a little far from the villages, I recommend bringing everything you need to prepare your meals. If you need anything additional, Sasaima is a closer and more practical option. In our case, we decided to avoid La Vega because it is usually full, its streets are narrow and we were traveling with pets and a baby car, so Sasaima was ideal. The road from the village to the cabin is in good condition, although you will find some stretches of trocha. This does not represent any problem if you are going calmly and in a medium high car. Otherwise, Mrs. Martha was always available and attentive. Her cabin is magical, cozy and, best of all, completely private. Definitely a place I would recommend to unwind and enjoy 😌
