We had a great stay here! Home was super spacious and comfortable, peaceful neighborhood, about a 5-10 min walk from the beach and stocked with tons of towels and beach chairs. Mike was super responsive, accommodating, helpful when we had questions.

Truly phenomenal location and setting on the Imperial River. The home is an oasis, featuring an exquisite pool & hot tub and a spectacular outdoor kitchen. This beautiful home sits right on the river, providing direct access to some of the best fishing spots around — we saw manatees and caught tons of fish. The spacious layout and thoughtful design made it a comfortable and inviting space for our family. Loved all the gorgeous woodwork touches, and Rodney was a great host!

Great stay and great host. Steve was very responsive, very proactive about providing directions. We couldn’t figure out the ceiling fans and he talked us through it. The house was centrally located to the entertainment/ neighborhoods of Naples. Short drive in a rental or easy uber ride. Would recommend this house to others visiting Naples.

I would highly recommend Guy and his property! We stayed here with our 4 young children, including an infant. This home is SUPER kid friendly! They have an abundance of pool toys, beach towels, beach toys, a single stroller and even a pack n play! They also have different size coolers to use on outings! We had a few issues pop up during our stay but Guy was on top of all of them. He was super responsive and great to work with! We would recommend this house to any families with young children. Can’t thank him enough for his hospitality!

Sandra was a great, responsive host who I would definitely work with again. She accommodated us with an unexpected change in our schedule and was very understanding. I definitely recommend this home and will stay again next year if it’s available. I was a little concerned cuz it’s pet friendly. But the house was very clean and no sign of animals at all. Circe is a very attentive host. The house has everything you need. That, along with the TV, table, and chairs on the lanai and the pool and hot tub, makes it easy to relax and enjoy your stay.

The house was wonderful. Very clean, great pool, and great location. We have rented many places throughout the years and this property management company was by far the best to work with. Extremely responsive and very friendly! Jon was awesome! Even went out of his way to help my son find a baseball game on TV. Would absolutely rent from them again!

Beautiful home with the most comfortable bed! Warm pool was luxurious and very private. The yard has TONS of potential and my dogs loved the space to run around. Very near Tin City and downtown, yet just minutes to Naples Botanical Gardens where I was attending an event. Felt very safe. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The host was wonderful, friendly and always prompt with any questions I had. Place was spotless. Beautiful backyard, pool and hot tub. we loved the screened in porch as well. Close to everything including the beach. Would absolutely come back!

Gary and I really enjoyed our stay at your home and would definitely book again if in the area. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The pool was delightful as was the lanai. The living room couch was comfortable and the daybed provided more comfortable seating. The beds were very comfortable as well. The home was also very conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and Vanderbilt beach. Unfortunately we didn’t get the best weather while there so look forward to coming again when we can enjoy the beaches more. Overall we were very satisfied with our accommodations. Debbie

Very pristine comfortable home! Nice coffee station, Immaculate refrigerator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately return. Pool was delightful!!

Patrick was the most responsive host I have ever encountered. Whenever I messaged, there was a response in very short time. The house was adorable. It easily housed family members and friends who came in and out during my 2 weeks stay. The pool was wonderful - clean, water warm enough for comfort but cool enough to be refreshing. The house was easy walking distance to Publix, Whole Foods, Wallgreens and CVS. I was happy to find it was also walking distance to LA Fitness. Nearby is also a small upscale shopping area called Mercato that has Nordstrom Rack, Sur la Table and some other nice stores and restaurants. The kitchen was adequately appointed which we appreciated as we mostly ate in. The grill is a bit old and rusty and would not ignite but we didn't mind. The beach is an easy 25 minute walk and there are beach chairs, toys and a beach wagon at the house. There were more than enough towels. All in all, I was very happy with my time there.

The host was quick to respond to any messages and the home was very well stocked for a comfortable stay all week. We really appreciate it.

Apartment was clean, accessible, and quiet. Never heard anything upstairs. The pool was nice, but the jacuzzi was even better. I would recommend to anyone. We also liked the fact that Valerie provided a couple of chairs for the beach. Close to Publix and kitchen had everything we needed for a couple of meals. We will go back and stay at this location

The private pool in the backyard was the hit of the weekend! Our little girls had to get pried away from the pool every morning, afternoon, and evening, it's the perfect size, temperature, pool toys are on-site, just a great experience in a great location! Hosts were super responsive and very helpful, would definitely book with them again!

This house on Yellowbird exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable and clean as we expected-but the unexpected things were what set it apart. We loved having access to the pool area from various places in the house. The kids had their own “wing” with a bathroom and door. There’s a window from the kitchen where we served up Taco Tuesday tacos and margs. The house is well located & we used the supplied bikes a lot to get ice cream and lunch. There were chairs and beach supplies for beach day. The pool area is awesome. We could even (almost) see sunset from the pool. We loved our stay!!

House was as described. Wonderful outdoor space and hosts were very welcoming and responsive.

This place was everything we needed and more! Everything is brand new and it is a peaceful location. We are on the go a lot, but when the location and amenities were exactly what we needed.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. Kimberly went above and beyond to accommodate us, from early check in, to leaving supplies for us. Very responsive host, I felt like I was talking to a family member. I will come back for sure. We had the perfect stay!
