We found the apartment perfect for a seaside vacation. The short way to the beach is just great. There is everything you need nearby, groceries, restaurants, umbrella rental…. Many thanks to Karen&Giacomo for the valuable tips on visiting Rome, the beach and staying here in the apartment, you are very committed to making sure your guests are well. That's wonderful. Our family really enjoyed staying here, it was a bit like a home of their own. The apartment is absolutely clean, super stylishly furnished and has a beautiful sea view that you can enjoy at any meal. We would very much like to recommend this apartment to others. This Airbnb is in the best location in Rome! It is right in the centre of everything, very easy to walk to all the major tourist attractions and the very famous and incredibly delicious bakery Roscioli is less than one minutes walk away. The apartment is in an atmospheric old block with a lift which is a huge plus in Italy. The apartment itself is light filled and has a cosy feeling and was very clean. Massimo the host is wonderful, he is a great communicator and helped make our stay in Rome a real pleasure. Hopefully we can return to Rome and I would love to stay again.

staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend relaxing, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with a few swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or take simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always helpful and responsive, and very friendly in ways. Absolutely recommended!

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

Via dei Coronari was exactly as described, and Paola was a wonderful host. The location could not be better for someone who knows Rome.

Great place to spend time very close to the beach which in early June was almost empty, almost private. There are two beaches nearby with paid sun loungers and umbrellas, and a beach bar, and there's something for everyone.

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

100% recommended Marco's apartment. 1. Excellent location near the train station to get direct from the airport, metro line A, supermecado opening 24 hours, pharmacies and restaurants. 2. Excellent communication with Marco. 3. Simple sagging process, we were greeted by Enza, very kind, with some delicious tiramisu, who explained us all the details of the apartment. 4. Spacious, comfortable, clean apartment with everything you need to cook.
