Holiday rentals with a patio in College Hill, Providence

Another great stay at Aref’s place! I’ve been a few times before and it’s always comfortable and clean. Aref is a very helpful host, with great communication. We had a big snow fall during the trip and I was happily surprised to see the parking area plowed & shoveled in the morning so I could get my car easily out of the parking space. Nice touches like that make all the difference!

This Airbnb was perfect for a long weekend stay. Very clean, comfortable firm bed, well stocked kitchen. WiFi worked great, nice big TVs and comfy couch and recliner. Vlad was very friendly and responsive. First floor location and parking was very convenient to the best parts of Warren. Would definitely return!

We Loved our stay here. Bathroom and kitchen were clean and stocked with everything you could need . The beds were so comfortable!! Perfect A+. Bobby even shoveled snow off walkways and driveway . Cute little town with lots of stores/ restaurants it's close to the highway and minutes from the beach .

This is truly a 5 star listing. I don't give 5 stars away easily. People like Michael go over and above to make their guests love everything about their vacation stay. I truly mean everything. My only concern (and I'm reaching here) was that everything is controlled by Google Home. Which is awesome when it works, but occasionally Google could not open or close certain blinds when I asked it to. Good news is there was a remote to do it manually. Thanks again Mik, you rock.

The historic apartment is very well cared for and beautiful. The beds were great. The apartment is extremely well decorated and clean. The bathroom and showers were immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed. I appreciate the coffee maker and filters. The street is narrow but there is off street parking next to the house. Simon was quick to respond to any questions.

Nice place near the Brown Athletic Complex. Clean and comfortable. We would stay here again if we come back to Brown for an athletic event. We did not cook much but kitchen was well-supplied for breakfast prep. Things to note: the bathroom is tiny! My husband and I are not big so we could make it work but it would be awkward for anyone over 6ft—toilet is super close to sink vanity and shower head very low. Hot water in shower was difficult until we read previous review that said to run sink water while showering. That helped regulate temperature. Pipes in this unit are noisy so if you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem. Might just be a winter issue.

This was my second stay at Susan's place, and it was terrific! The place is clean, well-decorated and well-equipped. The bed is super-comfy. Susan responded quickly in her communications. The place has a great location! It's within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, a bagel shop, a bakery with delicious baked goods and a grocery store. I will definitely be booking again when I am back in Providence.

Alyssa’s home in Tiverton was great! The house was cozy, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the stunning view of the water—it made our time there so peaceful and relaxing. Thank you Alyssa!

The house was clean and superbly decorated. It looked just as good as the pictures in the listing. The host, Rachel, and her father, Matt, were responsive, friendly, and helpful. There were plenty of amenities throughout the house. The house was more than spacious enough for our party of 4 adults and two children. We visited in the winter during periods of snow, freezing rain, and high wind gusts. The house stayed warm and cozy. The beds were comfortable. There was a good variety of food options within a 5-10 minute drive from the house. Roger Williams park is right next the house and very accessible by foot. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the host and the house. We hope to be able to return in the future!

Great stay! Very clean

The house is beautiful, with a fully stocked and clean kitchen. The back yard is large and the house has yard games. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are perfect. Our family had a fun a relaxing week. Peter, our host had great suggestions for dinner and groceries. Close to many activities. We shopped, hiked, played games, walked the neighborhood, and relaxed in the house. Great week!

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tracey’s! It was a lovely space to bring our family and our 2 dogs, the fenced in back yard was a huge plus for us and the sauna was lovely on the cool nights! Very private space but close to everything. Tracey was so responsive with any questions or recommendations which was so wonderful during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a family vacation get together and it was truly perfect. The house was very cozy and spacious for my family and has a great size deck for family grilling and hanging out. The location was exactly as described. It used to be close to the marina of Bristol and the cute town. My family enjoyed the walks, ice cream and local restaurants nearby. It was also not too far from Newport, which we took full advantage to go and come back at a timely matter. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with my family and I.

Mudassar was a remarkable host! I was in town for funeral home services for the weekend, and he was very gracious and helped us up with the luggage. he left us a nice card with his condolences. The other star of the unit was the toilet! I know that sounds weird, but trust me on this. Thank you Mudassar!

The place was just as pictured! Also (and very important to me), it was so clean. Other reviewers had mentioned this, and it is true. You could tell that care was taken. The kitchen was amazing. Although we didn't cook this trip, we certainly could have. It had everything we needed. Waleed was very responsive before and during our stay, even making recommendations when requested. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a wonderful time here. It was my first time booking with shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen, which I was a little worried about. It was a lot better than I anticipated. The only issue was that there were other guests who left things around in the shared areas, but that is pretty much beyond the control of the host. I had a concern about the window and Kalys was very responsive, thought it was a minor concern as I didn’t really think too much about going back to the app to see her response immediately. The location was nice and in a very walkable location, especially with the laundromat a block away to take care of dirty laundry. Overall, I would say that it was worthwhile staying here.

Place was nice!! Hot tub didn’t look like it had been used in a very long time- don’t book if that is something you are looking for.

The second I walked inside I was struck by the beautiful design choices throughout, which made the space feel so luxe. It was a great size for a single person, and the location was perfect for exploring Fox Point. I definitely did hear some noise from upstairs, which didn’t bother me but is something for future guests to be aware of. Overall I had a lovely stay!

Clean and comfortable condo in a fantastic location. I highly recommend it. We were in town for the weekend and it was so nice that our dog was able to come. The cafe next door is good and lots of restaurants are within a very walkable distance.

Very clean and affordable! The hot tub was great and well designed home with plenty of space! Will definitely be back with our kids.
