Holiday houses in Colle San Giacomo

We decided to stay in this magnificent place to celebrate New Year's Eve and we are so happy to have made this choice! The place is immersed in nature and offers spectacular views, from dawn to dusk. It is ideal for a retreat in contact with nature and yourself, but also for a group stay. Pietro is an extremely friendly host who puts the value of human relationships first, even when traveling. He and his wife welcomed us with a welcome aperitif with great local products (and made us try the oil of their crazy olive trees!!) to get to know each other better. Pietro has always been available for all our needs. Highly recommended for those looking for a slow, not stressful experience. See you next time! (Maybe in the summer with the pool open :-) )

Thank you Vanna, we had a lovely time at your house. The house is fantastic, the views from the terrace's could not have been better. I wish more stores/restaurants would have been open in the area. I imagine in summer this area is really crowded. Overall a great stay and the owner was very gracious.

Staying in this little house in the middle of the woods was a magical experience. Clelia and her granddaughter Aurora gave us a warm welcome by giving us a beautiful handmade basket with really delicious typical Abruzzo homemade cookies! Time seems to have stopped here: the house is a jewel set in an oasis of peace, the ancient fireplace made us rediscover ancient flavors. We cooked a soup of beans on the fire, played with candlelight cards wrapped in the warmth of the house. It was everything we needed! We walked evocative streets that made us discover Italian times and the wonderful village of Corvara, which I highly recommend visiting. A piece of my heart will stay here, we will be back in all its seasons because this place haunted me! Another point in favor: living for a few days in the house of a technician who lived in Antardide for two months for an expedition made us proud!❤️

Fantastic stay at Carlo’s place. Very clean and comfortable. Had a motorbike and parking was not a problem (it’s in a gated complex so extra safe for vehicles). Carlo and his wife were very kind - will stay again! Only note to help others - this place is 20km+ out of Rome - so wise to have a vehicle or expect to use transport quite a bit. Thanks :)

Had such a wonderful time at Leah’s apartment with my husband. The town is super cute, we enjoyed eating at the restaurants, chatting with the locals, and exploring the nearby Tivoli. The apartment is beautifully decorated and so comfortable, and Leah is an excellent host. Couldn’t recommend more.

Carlos, your place was magnificent and we were welcomed by you very kindly. the entire property at the same time exudes elegance and comfort and is wonderfully located. We were particularly pleased that the swimming pool was still operational so late in the year and gave us the feeling of summer again. What particularly touched us was the delicious bottle of red wine for reception in conjunction with the interesting conversations with you. After all, we were also allowed to buy some canisters of olive oil from you, which we are very much looking forward to enjoying. We stayed at Ylenia's for one night and had a great time. The house was in perfect order and had everything you need. In addition, the super friendly host has always helped us in case you need something by responding immediately to messages always with extreme kindness.

Very clean apartment, equipped with everything, although for a short period I have to say that I had a very good time, Carmela was very helpful and hospitable.. Thank you again.
