Sabrina , As host outstanding , always there when needed with immediate attention.The area is great peaceful surroundings , lovely for daily exercise very secure area to stay.A couple of nice Restaurants very near by. Tesco 3 mins away on hand, great for fresh Croissants for breakfast. Would recomend Sabrina as host the Apartment / Flat without a doubt to friends of mine.The Apartment has everything one needs , the Kitchen has everything. Very comfortable lounge & bedding . Technology all fine. The attention to small details was great. Thank you. Robert

Liz was very friendly & helpful when we inquired about places to eat, the property was very nice it had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay the milk & chocolate biscuits were a nice touch & the dog was lovely .🐶

Incredible value for money - under £200 to host 8 people is unbelievable. The location is great, close to anything you could ever need, right next door to a Tesco. The beds were comfortable, and there was a lot of space. Only marks dropped are due to the cutlery in the drawers being dirty (some spoons and spatulas with gunk on) and the wooden chairs being very fragile, but otherwise a flawless stay and I'd suggest it to anyone without hesitation.

Easy access by vehicle into Lichfield, even though a very central location. Extremely quiet spot, but just 2 minutes walk from bars and restaurants.

Just want to highlight what an incredible host and accommodation. Myself and two friends had a girls weekend and our shower was broken prior to arrival. With no hesitation our host gave us access to another room with a shower and both apartments were immaculate. We all have said we will be booking again, so easy to get into town and the place was so spacious and luxurious. A steal for the price! Thank you so much!

Good points,house was as described, very clean comfortable and welcoming and homely, well equipped,, had a really pleasant stay and Jeanette was always on hand if you needed any help with anything and extremely good communication, bad points? nope there weren't any, points out of 10?, 20 at least

The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Everything was available in the house that we needed. Ryan was always available if needed and his instructions/communication was always very clear. Very close to shops, restaurants and lovely local areas to go walking if you wanted too. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and we will use this property again when visiting the uk. Thanks Ryan for allowing us to stay at your property 😊

Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

Absolutely brilliant we couldn’t have asked for more. We was welcomed warmly and if we had any issue robin was more then happy to help. It’s a Fabulous place we will be hoping to stay again in the near future.

My parents, auntie and I booked Samantha's place very last minute, to spend the last days of 2024 & the start of 2025 away from the city. We couldn't have made a better choice. The cottage is so nice and cozy, felt right at home since we got in. Samantha had left some drinks & cookies (& Xmas decor details) which was very sweet. The house is better than the photos, perfect size for spending cozy days inside. It has a lovely garden which I'm sure it's great for spring/summer too. Everything was very clean and tidy, comfortable and it had everything you needed. Beds were so comfy and the duvets were like sleeping in a cloud! We also enjoyed Warwick a lot - it's a small town but great for walking around, has lovely shops & places to eat (Samantha also recommended so many). The castle is worth a visit too. Communication with Samantha was easy and check in/out hours flexible, which we really appreciated. Thanks for everything. We wish we can come back one day! Andrea, Alex, Eva & Blanca.

Nothing bad to say, there was 12 of us all together and it was perfect for all of us, would fully recommend, lots of space, a beautiful home, will definitely stay again if in the area

Beautiful home, nicely decorated. Vanity in the bedroom and small breakfast bar in the kitchen I found very useful. Easy to follow check-in instructions provided in good time and they kindly reached out to me to make sure all was ok. Very clean and smelt lovely. Off the main road so getting some quiet was not a problem for sleep. Definitely recommend and would return again. Thank you both!

Our place was fantastic. Aubrey is a great host. The flat itself was perfect for us. House was well kitted out, we had everything we needed. We were here for over a month and the place was more than enough for my wife and I. Near the train, so transportation wasn’t a problem. Great value for money, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Aubrey.

Julie was super helpful, sending across lots of information about the property and how to access. We were personally greeted in check in, and were delighted with the personal touches added (welcome snacks, fully equipped kitchen, umbrellas, bathroom utilities!). It really was a home away from home, super clean and comfortable, and we would love to stay again!!!

Alex was a great responsive host. Always replied instantly and helped with any queries. The area is lovely and quiet and the grain house was a lovely stay. Really cosy and comfy. Will definitely be booking here again.

Wonderful, peaceful stay in the little cottage/house perfectly sized for 2 people. Sally was an excellant host who was accommodating and flexible with check in/out times. The cottage was clean, tidy and well equiped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in beautiful Stratford Upon Avon. Easy walking distant to the town where we found excellant resturants, Sabia Sabia is lovely Thai food, and great, friendly pubs. Had a lovely walk around the town and Shakespear Theatre. Thank you Sally, we would love to come back and highly reccommend. 🙂

Great place to stay for NEC. The short trip by the train was probably quicker to the venue than walking from most of the car parks! Great place to stay as well, comfortable and welcoming. Would stay again for sure.

Ryan's apartment was perfect for my 10 weeks stay in Birmingham. The flat had everything I needed and even had a very well equipped kitchen! It was clean, nicely decorated, and very bright with natural light. The location is great too, being very close to central Birmingham and lots of great restaurants! Ryan was a great host, providing me with a list of local recommendations and responded quickly if I ever needed anything. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again!
