Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

Outstanding apartment, I had a wonderful stay here. Contains everything that you need and more. Sally was incredibly responsive and accomodating. Excellent communication all round. Easy walk to the University of Essex but also close to central Wivenhoe. Highly recommend this stay to all.

Spacious, quiet, new apartment not too far from Ipswich town centre. Very responsive host who was quick to respond to all queries.

The stay was a great experience from the point of booking right through till the point of leaving. The host was on hand and provided us with a personal experience by being available to contact with any questions we had during our stay. The place was easy to find and in a perfect location for commuting into Chelmsford town centre for some lunch and shopping. The apartment was clean and tidy and well organised making the stay feel like home away from home which was perfect. Overall it was a great weekend get away and we would highly recommend using Stays Accommodation and are planning to book again ourselves soon! Thank you for everything!

Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We were visiting from Australia and wanted a place to stay close to our family and friends and couldn't have selected a better place. It's on the top floor of a lovely old converted building and inside there's everything that we could have wanted. The property was very clean, the beds comfortable and the bedding / bathroom towels were just like new. It's in a very peaceful location, and there are lovely views from the windows. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in a luxurious apartment, in a peaceful location, then this should be the one that you book. This will be top of our list next time we travel back from Oz.

Lovely stay at the lodge for two nights. Everything you could need and lovely and clean. The underfloor heating was well received.

Lovely spacious and very well equipped first floor apartment- easy allocated parking just below balcony. We loved staying there and the host was wonderful!

Great apartment, bigger than the pics suggest with everything you need for short or long term stay. Location is great, 5/6 mins to the main shops and restaurants and 10/15 to the train station. Jem is a great host who was extremely flexible on check in/out days and times. I was short notice let due to family health issue and Jem went above and beyond to be as accommodating as possible which really helped us out. Highly recommend the apartment and the area and won’t hesitate to use again.

Very convenient location, clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel staff cleaned the apartment and restocked our supplies for the second night of our stay. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay 4th-6th October. We had a wedding at High House, which was a short taxi drive away. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Really nice place, loved the open plan living area. Bedroom is lovely as well and nice to have two bathrooms as we were two friends visiting the area. Great location, easy walk to city centre and the pub just over the road was great. Would definitely stay again

One of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed at! Lorraine is a super friendly and responsive host. The Airbnb itself is amazing, right in the centre of the city but quiet, safe, and beautiful. Lorraine has a great attention to detail and the space has everything you could want and need. It is very spacious, clean, and cozy.

Really enjoyed my stay , both Rachel and Marilyn very helpful and responsive to messages. It was an ideal location personally for me visiting relatives . Very comfortable bed. Lovely to have some provisions for breakfast especially the homemade marmalade . It was good to meet Marilyn the owner who made me feel very welcome.

A lovely place to stay for a few days. David gave us a few recommendations to eat nice food, The Swan is amazing. David is very responsive through messages and even offered us boots to take a walk in the mud.

Really relaxing stay, loved the gym, jacuzzi and the cosy feel of the cabin.

My partner and I wanted to get away for a couple of days, but I didn't dream we could find somewhere as lovely as this - luxury is the word I would use. It was so perfect for us that we only left the accomodation once for a pub lunch. It was the private and relaxing break we wanted. We are already planning on when to book to come back.

A really nice 2nd floor flat, with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath and a lovely spacious open-plan kitchen, dining room/living room area. Although we didnt use it there is also another bed on a mezzanine overlooking the lounge. Everything you could need is at this flat and the best part is a luxurious balcony with seating area and an easy to use hot tub. One other thing to mention is this flat is directly next door to Ipswich Town Football Club, so would be great if you wanted to attend a match (but loud on match days if football isn't your thing). There is secured parking with a designated space. The walk to Ipswich town centre is around 7 minutes. Last but not least, the hosts were really good with their communication, sent clear instructions to us with photos and always got back to me promptly on any questions. Would recommend.

A lovely little place to stay and the private hot tub is fantastic with stunning views. A good location with shops and takeaways nearby and easy access to Ipswich.

Very nice accommodation. Lovely calm, relaxing and convenient location to visit. Pubs and restaurants close by. Simon was very informative and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for something a little bit different. A nice place to come stay and relax. Look forward to coming back here again. The Nest is a lovely peaceful and well-equipped retreat. Cosy, warm and surprisingly cool at night despite being an Earth-dwelling. No damp or condensation due to the unique construction and excellent ventilation. Has a very private little outdoor area to relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit. Although don’t expect a field view as nature has done its job with the hedgerow! Walks around Wildlands and beyond rejuvenate the soul! 100% recommend The Nest. And Claire really is a super-host!!
