Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Col du Lautaret

Exceptional house, with views of the mountains that you never get tired of! Plenty of space, great for a family stay. Nothing is missing, everything has been well thought out. The house is comfortable and pretty, which doesn't spoil anything! We were ideally welcomed and advised. The house is 30 minutes from Les Orres, the road is beautiful. In any season I would love to spend time there!

I couldn't recommend this apartment enough. It is very well appointed, quiet, comfortable and impeccably clean. It is perfect for summer and winter activities in this beautiful region. You won't be disappointed!

We rented at the end of December. The house is very nice, comfortable and practical with a large and beautiful living room offering excellent brightness. The environment is calm and peaceful. The lake view is sensational. We are thinking of coming back in summer to better enjoy the lake and its activities!

A very nice stay at Elsa's where we were able to spend a week at 5 in her accommodation, and enjoy the different activities in the mountains.

Cozy cottage, perfectly equipped, thought out in every detail, beautiful decoration, and quiet. The exteriors are very nice, exotic setting. Perfect with kids, board and outdoor games.

Frédéric is a perfect host: he informs, he is flexible, he is super nice and in addition his house is completely crazy. Definitely recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at Laurent's place. The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet area and close to activities (hiking, biking, water activities, lake...). Also great for doggies who can stay in the garden safely (fenced).

Located in the heights of Villard de Lans, we enjoyed the quiet setting and the magnificent view that the terrace and the windows of the bedrooms offered us. We loved the space and layout of this apartment, the quality furniture, the large bathroom, being able to store our bikes in the garage. The guidelines/info guide left by Cédric is very clear, we enjoyed discovering the plants of his apartment through it and taking care of it when there was need. Cédric was quick to answer our questions when we had them. We recommend this host:o)

I had a fantastic stay at Danny’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and Danny was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The little touches, like the complimentary snacks, a guidebook, and the cozy decor made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Courchevel!

First of all, our hosts are available right away , smiling, very discreet. Beautiful Environment. Quiet accommodation. Bedding well. Small breakfast and linen available as well as a small grocery store.

A beautiful two bedroom apartment in a historical Villa surrounded by a French style garden which we absolutely loved! We were welcomed by Damien and felt right at home in the flat. We loved big windows, lots of light, and attention to detail that Damien demonstrated by decorating a Christmas tree for us and preparing a welcome gift - some candies. The bathroom in the main bedroom is spacious and beautifully designed. We especially loved the combination of traditional elements and modernity, such as electric stove that looked like a traditional 19th century one. A fireplace is another great feature. It makes you feel like being in a French chateau. All in all, a great stay in a great place with kind and welcoming host. We can highly recommend the flat and Damien!

+++ positives: peaceful and exotic setting. Our dog had a fabulous playground. amazing lake and mountain views the space allows you to always have shade outside and privacy (even if Alexis and his family are right next door) comfortable room bedding umbrella bed and high chair available which is a real plus with bb very good communication with Alexis and his wife --- downsides: very weak wifi signal and impossible to watch TV (real disconnection for the time being🙂)

Good location for skiing on Orcieres Merlette and many walking paths on site. Stay went well with our 2 Husky dogs. Good value for money

We had a very pleasant stay. The house has a soul! Very attention to detail and equipped with everything you need. Alberto has consistently assisted us in the distance. Close to the slopes (5’by car) and a stone's throw from the trails in the woods. Very close to Sansicario Bassa where there is a grocery and tobacco and two restaurants. I suggest putting Wi-Fi as the line was not always stable. We'll be back!

Very clean, well organized and everything on hand. Peaceful and quiet place in Winter. A very good welcome from Sergio and Daniela with a response to all our questions (very responsive). Really a pleasant time shared. Recommended for your mountain excursions in the summer.

Our stay was short (1 night) and unfortunately we did not have time to fully enjoy Joëlle's little cottage. We can just say that we spent an evening and a night in a real, very cozy and cozy cocoon. This is a great place to stay for a few days at 2 or 4, easy to access because it's quite close around the road. In addition, Joëlle and Didier are very welcoming, attentive and responsive. We highly recommend this host for nature lovers.

House with many possibilities and if you like skiing it is very well located since it is in the center of all the ski resorts , about a 15 minute drive . We've had a fantastic week.

Very nice chalet, the living room is spacious and the kitchen well arranged. The garage made it easy for us to store our ATVs. And sharing the garden with the people staying in the studio went well. Despite the distance, Thibault was very responsive when I had questions. And Cécile who manages the material questions on site is very efficient.
