Holiday rentals with beach access in Cogoleto

Perfect space for 2 adults and 3 kids who want access to the beach. Filippo was very responsive and accommodating. Beautiful views of the sea!

We had a great stay in Stefan's apartment. The apartment is not far from the train station to make excursions to the Cinque Terre and other beautiful places, such as Camogli, Santa Margherita, Portofino and Sestri Levante. The apartment is located in a beautiful classic house with a lot of stairs. Very nice garden with great views of the sea. Minus point, the parking is not directly at the house, if you have a lot of luggage, you have to walk several times. Fortunately, when we arrived, Stefano had helped us carry luggage. We got restaurant tips for Recco and Camogli.

I know the area perfectly and can say that it is an excellent solution for several reasons: parking space, location, size of the house. We'll definitely be back.

We were in constant communication with Mattia before arriving at the address. When we arrived at the address, everything was as described. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. We did not experience any problems during our stay. Mattia's family was staying on the upper floor of the apartment we stayed in. They are immediately reachable in case of any problems. As a result, we enjoyed the sun, sea and sand. It was a quiet and peaceful environment. Definitely recommended.

Giorgio is incredibly nice and helpful! We had to cancel the apartment we had actually reserved in Camogli after we arrived at the place and sat down to find a new apartment at 8pm in the evening. At 9pm we had agreed with Giorgio and at 11pm he met us and helped us check in. He assisted finding parking for our car, and was generally absolutely delightful in every way. The apartment is nice, with a sea view from one bedroom, and what you need for dishes, cutlery and pots to be able to cook there. The bathroom is small but with powerful water pressure in the shower and hot and delicious water. The bedrooms are large and airy, with several windows in each room (needed, as the apartment is on the top floor, and it can get a little warm). The beds are a bit hard. In the living room there is a sofa and dining table and everything is perfectly fine. The apartment is perfectly located, with walking distance to everything. The city's best restaurant is located in the building next door, and there is a short way to everything. We can safely recommend staying here!

Simone's place is in a great location to visit the beauty of the end and its sea. Just a few steps from the main square (on Saturdays there is the local producers' market), from an excellent artisanal pasta factory, the final promenade. Those who manage the property are thoughtful and attentive to details, helpful and friendly. The place is very clean, comfortable and spacious (2 adults and 3 children). I highly recommend it

The apartment is really nice ,direct view of water . Very close to the beach. We just used the private beaches the first of the apartment San Sebastian, which was not crowded. The Tarase in the apartment is missing chairs which I like a little, during the day there is also very hot despite sun protection. We bought 2 beds for 40 euros in Italian supermarket,and used the beautiful Tarase in the evening. Parking situation is a problem there not at the house. Parking is distributed daily. A tip continue down the street and turn right first street you come to a parking lot in the morning you will find what will be difficult from 9:30 am, not park in yellow places. There were great events in the city during the week, 2 concerts that were really good . Small stores within walking distance. Daily small carnival with carousel and playground for families with younger children is very good. The prices in restaurant were ok. Bring bed linen towels.

The apartment is very spacious and well located. I want to mention that given its location close to the main street it is quite noisy especially in the summer when we have to leave the windows open. But otherwise 5 min to everything. And the hosts were accommodating

a perfect stay at Caterina's! very flexible, easy and warm, the contact with her was very pleasant. the house is simple and everything you need is there. its location is ideal: close to a small beach, shops, 20 minutes from Genoa by bus and 20 minutes from the port of Nervi on foot, which is worth a visit with its lovely walk! we stayed there with our 4-year-old daughter and our 2-month-old baby. Looking forward to coming back to you!

we spent 3 nights. the apartment matches the listing description very close to the train station to visit the 5 lands and 50 meters from the beach very well located. clean apartment. convenient private parking nearby Annalisa gave us all the necessary and detailed instructions to find the accommodation, parking and others. we recommend this place

We spent our autumn holidays in Sergio's apartment and it was all perfect. Sergio was waiting for us personally, and explained everything. The apartment is spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped, everything worked. The view is breathtaking and it is a perfect base for hiking, biking, diving, etc. Sergio is a very likeable person and we got along well right away. See you soon in beautiful Bergeggi!

Peaceful, quiet and private. Graziella and Alberto are really nice hosts, communication was great. The house is sparkling clean, spacious and warm. It was a great experience.

Charming small typical accommodation and in its juice. Matteo was very helpful and friendly for our lightning passage in the area (one night). We were also happy to find a very garage that can accommodate 2 cars in this pedestrian area.

The location is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre: 5 minutes from the train station! Host Lidia is kind and very welcoming with lots of small gifts upon arrival and during the stay. Her tips for eating nearby and visiting Levanto and the surroundings are perfect. We will be happy to return to this beautiful region and to Lidia without a doubt who deserves her quality as a ''super'' host.

Beautiful apartment with a lovely terrace. Good location near the sea and easy to get to Savona. Patrizia was a very welcoming host.

The house is wonderfully made for a perfect holiday. It's all up to the smallest details, such as clothespins. The bed is great, the fridge is also equipped with a freezer. The terrace and the garden are a dream. It is best to come with a small, maneuverable car. The driveway and streets of the area are not easy to drive on.

We had a great time. Alessandro is very kind and helpful. The apartment is very nice and in a great position. Very comfortable and equipped with anything you need during your stay.

We stayed at Stefano’s place for two weeks. Diano Marina is a nice beautiful and calm small town. The place is 2 min walk from the centre and 1 min walk from the seaside alley. Stefano is a very responsive and friendly host. He replies in no time and always tries to assist the best way possible. We enjoyed our stay. The only tiny thing that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the description is that the hotel nearby is on ongoing renovation, luckily it wasn’t loud at all.

This airbnb is wonderful! Very luxurious and a 2-10 min walk to everything in Monterosso. The train station is a 10 min walk away and the hiking trail is a 4 min walk away. The wifi was strong. The area felt safe and was very peaceful/quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is well located, in front is a large green area, which was important to us as we are traveling with a dog. There are several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The place was clean and quiet as windows went to the courtyard. With the windows closed, you hardly heard the street. The bathroom was very nice and also the kitchen very well equipped. Lorenzo was a very friendly host and always responded quickly to messages.

Great location to get to the beach and center of town. The place is small but included everything we needed. A few things to note, the shower is very small for tall people and the place sits right above the train tracks, so you do hear the train during the night. Even though it is on the 4th floor, the elevator is nice for luggage and the walk to the restaurants/beach is very quick. Location is the selling point of this rental.

The stay was very pleasant. The house is very nice and the terrace is magnificent. The bike path and sea below the house are priceless. Adriana and Margherita are perfect hosts! We'll be back.

Cozy apartment with great views. There were a lot of steps even with limited luggage but that's expected and how you get the amazing views. We struggled a bit to find in the rain from the parking garage but the host took care of everything. We were met by Sabrina and her daughter who were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything about the apartment and have some restaurant ideas. The views from the balcony and terrace were amazing and the area is wonderful. Easy to hike or catch trains from here. We miss it and would return.
