Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Coconino County

Shelbi was a great host. I loved the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked for our cooking needs. Everything was labeled nicely, so it was very convenient for our stay. The home was decorated beautifully with all the right touches. Beds were quite comfortable. Town was just a short walk away with lots of little shops/eatery’s to visit. The hot tub was definitely a bonus after a day of hiking in the Grand Canyon. I highly recommend this place & would definitely stay again if I come back to visit the canyon.

This was a cute, bright, and clean house in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. We were able to walk to several trails and the Chapel of the Holy Cross. There are some beautiful views out the windows as well. The yard was secure and a good size for our medium sized dog. We plan on coming back to Sedona and would definitely stay here again!

Spent a weekend at this wonderful place! We enjoyed the hot tub so much. Spacious, clean and a great location to downtown! We brought our dog and he loved the big backyard. Would def recommend!!

We were very comfortable! Ray was always super quick! There was a rubbish issue as the garbage service was still not passing and following the one of the past guests and Ray very kindly went to pick it up. Thank you very much for everything!

Our first visit to Sedona was a delightful romantic getaway in a truly spectacular place. We were literally 1 house away from the National Park with trails at the base of Thunder Mountain. The view is magnificent and unforgettable. The home was everything I had hoped. My only problem was with the Airbnb app. Deanna was very helpful and responsive. Written instructions in the home and numerous guidebooks addressed all our questions. I recommend this host and home without reservation.

This was my family's and my second time staying at John's rental (as we were in town for RunSedona) and it did not disappoint. You are close enough (within driving distance) to everything that the Village of Oak Creek and Sedona have to offer but you still feel like you are staying on your own private/secluded piece of paradise. There is so much space both indoors and out to spend time with family and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Some of our favorite things to do included sitting out on the patio enjoying the mountain views by day and stargazing at night. Would highly recommend! We hope to return again sometime soon.

The home was beautiful and perfect for our 14 person family gathering. The most warmly decorated for Christmas and super cozy. The kids ranging from 5 to 15 oh enjoyed the game room and the variety of games as well as hiking around in the pines and playing volleyball on the sand court. Claudia and her husband were wonderful hosts and answered all our questions almost immediately. We stayed three nights, but everyone wanted to stay longer.

We hosted a girls' weekend at Villa on the Rocks, and it was the perfect backdrop for our stay. The villa was spacious enough for everyone to have their own downtime, and it provided stunning views of the surrounding Sedona landscape, including Bell Rock. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking, and the combination of pristine indoor and outdoor spaces was ideal! The host also offered fantastic local recommendations, which we found incredibly helpful. We decided to order food in for two nights and enjoyed our time at the beautiful home with the fireplace roaring and wine flowing. It truly was a perfect experience! In fact, some of our guests mentioned that this house set the bar so high that they would be disappointed with future rentals in other area's of the country - 10 out of 10 recommend!

What a great birthday weekend for my bestie! The home is beautiful and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The hot tub added the perfect touch in cool weather! What a magical place! We had a great time at Shelley’s house. The house was stunning, and Shelley was kind and quick to answer our questions. Everything we needed was available: toilet paper, towels, dishes, and plenty of stuff for everyday use. When we arrived, we were speechless to see such a beautiful place. When we entered the house, we could not believe how clean it was. All I can say is that if you are undecided about booking this place, I hope you find this review helpful. Great location for all things Sedona. Very clean, everything you need to feel at home & cook! Nice to relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking. Loved that we could bring our furry friends; as pet friendly seems to be hard to find in this area. Jasson was very responsive with any questions we had. The bed was also very comfortable, sheets smelled clean and fresh! Would stay again for sure.

This is such a peaceful little cabin. There's a town but it isn't close to the cabin so you get to embrace all the quiet. I loved all the charm this place had. There was a lot if quirky things which made it so much fun to explore. I loved all the little touches Sarah did as well. The porch was very nice, a good place to unwind. The backyard was huge there was so much open space. Sarah communicated amazingly, she was on top of everything and fixed the little problems that came up. Our stay couldn't have been better. I highly recommend booking your next stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at Jill’s place. The location was perfect for a weekend exploring the area. We slept well on the comfortable beds and the three of us were able to spread out and have our own space. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the convenience of the laundry facilities. Would love to stay again!

DIRT was an amazing space! We loved how peaceful the location was compared to the downtown area, yet everything we wanted or needed was still so easily accessible. The house was very clean, comfortable and stylish and the backyard and surrounding scenery was stunning - I would definitely recommend staying here, and I would highly recommend exploring the trails behind the house while you’re there!

We have stayed at this cabin several times and will keep coming back ☺️. The host, Destin, is super awesome and makes sure we have a great stay every time. Such a beautiful and serene place to get away!

Really beautiful space. Had everything we could possibly need - coffee maker, utensils, dog bed - and a sweet welcome tray of goodies. Really easy to get to. No issues at all.
