Holiday rentals with a patio in Cocoa

Robs place was the perfect place to stay, so close to the beach and has everything you need!

I don’t have much to say but, except I absolutely loved the place and would love to book again in the future

We have family living in Oviedo and have tried a variety of options for housing in the area. This was by far the best option for us. The location is great, the place was cozy and had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable and the shower is awesome. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

Great place to stay for a night before going on a cruise. We had 4 adults and a 10’year old. Worked out great!

Looks just like the pictures. Squeaky clean, very comfortable and very close to so much. Walked to dinner, the beach and ice cream shop.

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the home was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. The house was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Thank you so much for letting us rent this little studio apartment. It was nice and pleasantly furnished. We appreciated the bottled water and the snacks. The kitchen is stocked with basics and the keurig has a variety of k-cups which was nice to have. The bed was comfy and so was the couch. The train woke us up on the first night, but after that it didn't bother us at all. It definitely wasn't an issue. The check-in was straight forward and easy. When you get inside there's a complete guide to everything you need to know about the studio and the area. Everything is well thought out and organized. We would stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area. Thank you again!

Home was very clean with basic essentials provided. Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to main roads.

Booked a house through Liz, but experienced an unexpected issue with the water. Liz and her husband were AWESOME and moved us to their other property. Both houses were nice but the second was exceptional!

The location was clean, safe and close to parks and restaurants. Some guests may find neighbor's dog barking a problem. We were fine with everything.

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Frank’s place went way beyond my expectations. The place was comfortable, spacious, very well appointed and sparkling clean. The location could not have been better. Go out the one door and your steps away from a private path through the dunes to the lovely beach. Or head out the other door and your a short drive or walk from shopping and some great restaurants. Frank was a most gracious host. One of the better Airbnb experiences I’ve had!

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

We had a wonderful time staying at Philip’s place in Titusville! The location was perfect for our trip to the Kennedy Space Center—just a short drive away. The Airbnb itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and we loved being right next to the American Space Museum & Walk of Fame. It was such a great area to explore, and we enjoyed walking around after we visited the space center. Thank you Philip!

Super close to the beach! Wonderful views of the ocean and the launch pads. The place was quiet, clean, and well-equipped. The host was very friendly and our communication went well.

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning!
