A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

My travel companions and I were so happy with the apartment, the amenities, the close proximity to the beach and ease of travel to surrounding shopping. It was an awesome experience.

Breathtaking views! The tiny home is… well tiny! But you will spend more time outside looking at the gorgeous view than inside. All the amenities were great though we had trouble getting the woodfire oven going! (That’s our lack of skill though) Great hosting and very responsive. Streaming services were a nice inclusion.

We had a wonderful weekend away perfect combo of relaxing in the home & pool and visiting the nearby wineries We encountered a power issue and was very greatful that ETEM responded straight away and was very kind Only one of the 2 dishwashers was working and is very slow, could use an upgrade & pedestal fans for the rooms without aircon would be the cherry on top however everything else was lovely, the pool was amazing & it is a huge home with so much useable space and giant TVs and our family really enjoyed the stay Thank you

Chiara's place was perfect for our stay. The cottage is lovely is a nice quiet street but close to the shops and beach. We felt right at home. Communication was excellent and everything was very easy from booking to check out. We will definitely be back.

The house is in a great location with plenty to do around the area. The house has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Michael's hospitality was great, and he was keen to make the stay in Rosebud enjoyable for guests.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we required and more. It was an ideal location for us to attend a nearby wedding, and we enjoyed exploring Healesville too. The view from the balcony was incredible, and we loved watching all the birds in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at the penthouse. It was spacious, clean and the views were amazing. Beds were very comfortable and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you for having us in your fabulous property.

We totally enjoyed our stay ! A lovely setting - private and peaceful with a short walk to Diamond bay beach! We loved the outdoor shower and balcony setting! Very comfy and clean but a small suggestion would be to provide recycling and compost bins! We'd love to return in the summer! Thanks for having us!
