A beautiful Apartment in what I believe to be the best neighborhood in Cochabamba. Great restaurants, gyms, markets. etc. Very safe and friendly surroundings. Adolfo is a great host and a true Gentleman. I highly recommend this Airbnb to first time travelers to Bolivia or Cochabamba. You'll enjoy the greatest view of the city from the balcony, great for morning coffee's.

I had an excellent stay at Yamil's place. From the beginning, he was very attentive and available at all times to help us with whatever we needed. The place is comfortable, clean, and well located. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a quiet and well-attended experience.

We spent two beautiful weeks in the apartment. We were all family with a baby and toddler and everything was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and playground. We would definitely go back! Andree very kind and responsive always.

Comfortable Department

What I really appreciated about this apartment was that it was very clean but didn’t strongly smell like chemicals like other listings (toxic); it was a very quiet apartment; Hector was a great communicator; and that the kitchen had all the things we needed for preparing food and SALT. We also really appreciated the crib. It’s great quality. I recommend this apartment.

The place is just as described in the listing and photographs, located in an excellent area. It offers all the necessary amenities for a long stay. Cleanliness was spotless and the space is tidy. In addition, it has a well-kept garden and a natural environment that contribute to a relaxing and pleasant environment. We will definitely stay there again. Also the delicious bread they produce in the front store is definitely a plus to the experience.

The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable, it is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The building has good common areas to enjoy and all the staff are very helpful. The apartment is very cozy, clean and comfortable. The social areas are great. The neighborhood is very good, there are minimarkets and pharmacies within the 1 block perimeter, it is close to the Cine enter and restaurants. Incredible view. Highly recommended!!!
