The apartment is well equipped, it is very comfortable and clean, it is located in a very pleasant and quiet area, close to many businesses where you can enjoy the wonders that Cochabamba has. The reception people are very attentive, friendly and always willing to help, as are Rodrigo who also helped me with the search for a parking space for my stay. The sauna and pool area is super good, we really enjoyed it. Thank you for the cookies 😊

EXCELLENT! apartment, excellent location!

The house is in great. It's a new building, so it's safe and clean. The best part is that we have access to a heated pool. The host was always quick to communicate and even sent someone to make sure we were comfortable with our stay. We were even provided with extra cooking fan. We spent two weeks there and had no inconvenience in our stay.

Guizeth’s apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. It was walking distance to the historic downtown. Very comfortable king sized bed and nice bathroom with a roomy shower. The pictures are an exact match.

New Luxury Condo, with pool, gym, movie teather

Alejandro's place was just as described in the add. A great location close by to restaurants, coffee shops, bars and other shops. Walking distance to the places I needed to go. Felt safe and very easy to check in; teher was soem noice from the bussy road down by teh street but since the apartment is on the 8th floor it was Ok and I slept well. The roof pool is a plus, with a great view and few people. The apartment has a great view to the city with a balcony and large windows and has all the amenities one needs. Alejandro was responsive and I appreciated that I asked for arriving earlier and booking an extra night, and then when things changed and I no longer needed the extra night he understood and did not charge me anything! Looking forward to come back to thsi apartment!
