The stay at Casa Colibrì was great, in all respects. Mrs. Daniela and her son Nicola were welcoming and helpful, ready to answer any questions with great promptness and clarity. Excellent people. The apartment is very clean, equipped with everything you may need, even for a long stay; perfectly adequate floor heating. Located in a very quiet street, it is a 15-minute walk from the center of Bologna, a magnificent and cultured city. We had a great time!

The accommodation was good, the bed was comfortable, in a great location, close to the bus station, but the city center can also be walked in. The kitchen is not very well equipped. And every sound can be heard from the staircase attached to the apartment. The apartment doesn't face the street, so it's basically quiet, but the noise from the staircase is clearly audible.

Everything is perfect… very nice house, super furnished and comfortable! Highly recommend.

All top - beautiful House, carefully prepared even with HDMI, painkillers and other small preparations. Host proactively giving recommendations and always responsive. Would 100% recommend

This was the perfect place to stay for our group of 2 families with grown up children. The building is divided in to 6 good sized fully equipped apartments so privacy was not an issue. It is professionally managed by Ronaldo and Victoria and as you would expect is extremely clean with very comfortable beds and quality linen. Kitchen and bathroom areas are slightly dated but well maintained and everything works as it should, the showers have excellent water pressure. Although one apartment did smell of cigarette smoke. The location is in a smart and quiet residential area just outside the historic area which is easily reached by walking (15 mins), bus, taxi or our preference -RideMovi e-bikes which are readily available and perfect in the mid summer’s heat. For those looking for the full Italian experience we loved ice cream at Gelateria Costa. 39, drinks at Osteria La Frasca and breakfast at Pasticceria Aperitivo.all within a short walk. All in all a fantastic stay!

Really nice quiet neighborhood with lots of buses to downtown Bologna. We loved our stay and the host was very communicative. 10/10

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday.
