Holiday houses in Coarsegold

Very roomy, quiet location only about ~20 minutes from town. When you're traveling with tweens the accommodation is as important as the destination, and the rec room and hot tub were definite pluses. Large kitchen (didn't cook, so no comment on supplies) and dining table, clean, and good instructions for using everything. Take seriously their warning about AT&T reception not being good and, unlike us :), download your entry code before arriving. Would love to come back with the whole family sometime -- it would be perfect place for a larger group.

Of all the Airbnb houses I’ve stayed in, this one had the most comprehensive selection of household essentials. Pretty much everything you might need at home was available here. The kitchen supplies, in particular, were fantastic—perfect for simple cooking. The host was incredibly nice, and our entire stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

Omg! What a beautiful home! I almost wanted to write a bad review to scare away people from reserving it LOL. Would HATE TO SEE others ruined this place for us! We will DEFINITELY stay here again in the future. The place is so nice. The host was wonderful with their welcoming sign and goodies. They had everything we needed. The only minor thing would be the mattress. It was not as comfortable. Maybe invested in some comforters. Other than that we loved everything about it! Cannot wait to be back!!! Next time we’ll make sure to book it for more days!

This place was perfect for our weekend in shaver lake. The house has everything you need to have a great time. The view in the back deck is amazing, and there’s a great sense of privacy and calmness about the area. We will be back again.

The place had plenty of room for our family of 4. It’s about 45 mins from Yosemite’s south entrance. The house was very clean and well maintained. We had some difficulty finding the place (the instructions to find the place were very clear but the day we checked in it snowed heavily and that made it very difficult to find the place). Only other issue was that the first floor was cold even when the heat was set to high (the fireplace does balance it out a bit). Irrespective the place is great value for money. It’s close to Yosemite as well and closer to restaurants in Bass Lake and Oakhurst. Aaron was very responsive throughout. The beds were good and the rooms have great closet space as well.

Location is nearby stores. This helped especially with a place that had kitchen utensils.

Grace Oaks was a wonderful place for our large family. With so much to do on foot, and in the home we all had a blast. And the swing on the front porch made memories with our grandchildren that I’ll never forget. The large kitchen and dining room table was a hit and added so much to our family time together. We LOVED the Christmas decor and appreciated the communication and prayers of our hosts! Can’t wait to get back to Grace Oaks.

We really enjoyed staying at Ken’s place. Kids had fun watching movies on the big screen theater-like room and outside on the swing and hammock. The sunrises are amazing to watch if you are an early bird. I suggest checking out Ken’s guide, we’ve followed his recommendation for the river trail and it was a rally nice place to picnic seating by the water. Ken was very responsive when we had questions. Thank you, Ken for having us.
