The apartment is faithful to the description and photos. As mentioned, the house is shared in 2 apartments, but we did not hear our neighbors. We just met them sometimes, so that's not an inconvenience. We did not enjoy the garden, in this month of November, only apples (excellent). There is a cinema just opposite and a pizza truck (very convenient), and restaurants are nearby as well as the town center with a large bakery. I would recommend this rental. We did some great hikes on foot. A big thank you to Valerie for hosting and advising us.

Frankly, ideally located rental ( close to...everything:the sea, the beach, the town center, the port,..everything!) the rooms are large, bright, nickels! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, the kitchen is large and well equipped, finally everything is tip top! And Lise is really "present" to ensure the well-being of her tenants! In fact, you feel at home, and it's very nice!

Very well located and very convenient to be able to leave your luggage at the hotel and book breakfast at the hotel at extra cost. Very nice reception staff. Well-equipped and pleasant cottage. The hotel spa is a real plus! I recommend it.

We had a great week in Bénodet! We had considered beach and idleness but finally we hiked every day (cool weather) and we loved our beautiful discoveries between coastal trails, Polder, forest and marsh. The location of Françoise's studio is ideal, quiet and almost beachfront. The many amenities of the accommodation are modern and very useful. the sofa bed does the job perfectly. Special mention for the shower, of high quality. We will be back.

when you choose a place with "a breathtaking view of the sea", it is unfortunate to have to clean the tiles themselves (you could see absolutely nothing through it as they were soiled by salt and pollution (brown cloth once the bay is cleaned), while cleaning is charged 50€ (!). It's really inconceivable. Too bad because everything was perfect for us.

Well located accommodation: 2 minutes from the white sands beach, and the Gr34 - on the Gr34 there is a pretty beach but you have to walk 25 minutes - also you are only 15 minutes from the enclosed town, the city center, the sea museum, the Marinarium, the port, the market and many restaurants! Clean, peaceful apartment with a nice little terrace. Concarneau is a nice quiet and less touristy town than Beg Meil!

We had a great time at Patricia's. The apartment is in a very good location, everything is at walking distance. The environment is peaceful and you can feel in a little cocoon. We highly recommend to have a good stay in Finistere!

Pleasant stay, quiet location. Clean, well-maintained apartment, sufficient kitchen equipment. Correct bathroom, clean (missing a hair dryer). Private courtyard for motorcycle parking. Welcoming host, responds quickly via SMS if questions. Everything OK.

Thanks again to Brigitte who allowed us to have a pleasant stay in Concarneau and its surroundings. The apartment was spacious and very clean with a beautiful decoration . The location was to our liking to rest.

Emmanuelle was at her best They picked me up from the station when I arrived that my train was 1 hour late. M provided a litter bin for my cat. First time I've enjoyed such an advantage.... I had everything I needed... The apartment is very nice. Very discreet neighbors. Everything is doable on foot I was forced to leave a little early for serious health reasons. The listing is as described and is at least 10 minutes from the train station, which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place 100% .

It's a shame we didn't get to meet the owners, but always a quick message to see if everything was going well and very responsive to responding to messages. Very nice accommodation with a very nice little attention. We'll be happy to go back.

Very warm welcome from the hosts. We thank them for their attention (ciders, coffee, cakes). The place is located in the guest garden and is very peaceful. The hot tub is a huge plus to enjoy a time of relaxation and well-being.

We stayed at Sophie's place for one night. It was perfect! The spa area with hot tub, indoor pool and sauna and gym was idyllic. The apartment was lovely with quality materials: decoration, utensils, bedding, etc. The lounge area with billiards and foosball games is super nice too. Everything is classy and very recent in a soothing place where you can feel at ease.

A charming little studio very well equipped and furnished, with a terrace and private jacuzzi. Valerie is very welcoming and offers optional dining boards in case of need, they are excellent with local products. the accommodation is well located close to shops and the Breton coast. you will have a great stay.

My parents had a lovely stay at Gwénola's. The apartment was spotless.
