Great place hosted by Sufyan The entrance to the building can be a little off putting as construction is happening, but the apt itself is very modern, comfortable, and clean as shown in the pictures. There is an enclosed balcony area. The place is secure, as there is always someone in the lobby area. There is parking available in the basement. Unfortunately, no gas was available but this is a citywide problem. The area is great, close to many amenities and restaurants, and easy access to Shahra-e-Faisal. The on-site manager, Zahid, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any and all requests. Of note, although there are ACs in each bedroom, the common area lacks one so this may be a problem in the hotter months. Otherwise a good place to stay when in Karachi

This is my best Airbnb experience yet. easy to book. and owner replied to me i. seconds. one of the easiest location to find with lots of necessities nearby. Cleanliness surpassed my expectation. With all the modern furniture, it made my stay wonderful. i would not only stay again at same place but also recommend anyone who wants to stay at hassle-free, spotless, and convenient place.

Bilal accommodated all ours needs and was extremely communicative when we needed to address certain things. He even went out his way to order us food and his security guard was always available anytime of the day to help as needed. I would certainly rent again and felt this was a great deal! The stay was over all worth of money fateen was a good host answering all my queries even accommodated early check in. House was clean but the place was too much noisy surrounding local hotels were too much disturbing but the flat was 9/10 over all. Would surely visit again.

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental experience. The house was impeccably clean and well-equipped with all the amenities needed. The host thought of everything – from extra towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic. We appreciated the host's hospitality and will definitely be returning in the future.

The house exceeded our expectations in every way. The check-in process went smoothly. The host was very accommodating. The inside of the house was clean, and it was newly furnished. The house was close to seaview and many good restaurants and shops, so there were many nearby places we could enjoy ourselves at. Location was perfect, house was immaculate, clean, everything was included, towels and bedding was perfect. Heating/cooling was great. The only thing I want to point out is house is located in area where there is still construction and when we reached at place late at night (hostess check in) there were alot of stray dogs on the street which was a bit scary for the kids as they didn’t want to get out of car to get inside, literally 10s of dogs circling around streets and barking! Not the host fault and doesn’t change my review of place as it was great, but just wanted to point out for other guests planning to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Mahvish's place is everything an Airbnb should be. the apartment was really clean and linens and everything were sufficiently provided & clean. the kitchen was well supplied with the basics, and things like soap, a couple bottles of water etc. were also provided. the location was very convenient as well. the apartment is located on a walkable street with lots of grocery options and a variety of shops. apartment is really peaceful and tastefully decorated - we can't recommend it enough! A parking garage is also available if you have a car
